Claims (1)
- TFT基板及び複数層の金属膜からなり、前記TFT基板を最下層とする積層体と、
カラーフィルタ基板と、
前記TFT基板と前記カラーフィルタ基板の間に挟まれた液晶と、
前記液晶を封止するシール材と、
を含み、
最上層及び前記最下層を除く少なくとも1層は、アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金からなる第1金属膜であり、
前記第1金属膜の上の少なくとも1層は、モリブデン、タングステン、クロム、チタン、酸化インジウムスズ、酸化インジウム亜鉛及び酸化インジウムスズ亜鉛からなるグループのいずれか1つの材料又は前記材料を含む合金からなる第2金属膜であり、
前記第2金属膜と前記カラーフィルタ基板との間に前記液晶の層が配置され、
前記第2金属膜は、前記第1金属膜の上面を全て覆う第1部分と、前記第1金属膜の下の層に載るとともに前記第1金属膜の端面を覆う第2部分と、を含み、
前記複数層の金属膜は配線を構成し、
前記配線の延びる方向に沿って、前記第1部分及び前記第2部分が並び、
前記シール材は、前記第2金属膜の、前記第1部分を避けて前記第2部分上に載るように設けられていることを特徴とする表示装置。
