Description
Claims (5)
- 原稿に光を照射するライン照明装置と、
前記原稿からの反射光を集光する、複数のレンズが片面または両面に配列されたレンズアレイプレートが複数枚積層された正立等倍レンズアレイと、
前記正立等倍レンズアレイにより集光された光を受光するラインイメージセンサと、
前記ライン照明装置、正立等倍レンズアレイおよびラインイメージセンサを固定する筐体と、
結像に寄与しない光が前記レンズに入射するのを防ぐ遮光部材と、を備え、
前記正立等倍レンズアレイは、一方の面に配列された複数の第1外側レンズと他方の面に配列された複数の第1内側レンズとを有する第1レンズアレイプレートと、一方の面に配列された複数の第2外側レンズと他方の面に配列された複数の第2内側レンズとを有する第2レンズアレイプレートとを含み、前記第1レンズアレイプレートと前記第2レンズアレイプレートは、前記第1内側レンズと前記第2内側レンズが対向するように積層されており、
前記遮光部材は、前記複数の第1外側レンズと対応する複数の第1貫通孔を有する板状の第1遮光部材と、前記複数の第2外側レンズと対応する複数の第2貫通孔を有する板状の第2遮光部材とを含み、前記第1遮光部材と前記第2遮光部材は、互いに所定距離隔てた状態で前記筐体と一体に形成されており、
前記第1遮光部材および前記第2遮光部材は、短手方向の一方の端部において前記筐体に結合されており、
前記第1レンズアレイプレートと前記第2レンズアレイプレートは、前記複数の第1外側レンズが各々対応する前記第1貫通孔の正面に位置し、且つ前記複数の第2外側レンズが各々対応する前記第2貫通孔の正面に位置するように、開放された端部のいずれかの側から前記第1遮光部材と前記第2遮光部材との隙間に挿入されることにより、前記筐体に固定されることを特徴とする画像読取装置。 - 前記第1レンズアレイプレートと前記第2レンズアレイプレートは、開放された短手方向の他方の端部側から前記第1遮光部材と前記第2遮光部材との隙間に挿入されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画像読取装置。
- 前記第1レンズアレイプレートと前記第2レンズアレイプレートとの間には、前記第1内側レンズと前記第2内側レンズに対応する複数の貫通孔を有する板状の第3遮光部材が前記筐体と一体に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の画像読取装置。
- 前記第1および/または第2レンズアレイプレートは、前記第1遮光部材と前記第2遮光部材との隙間に最初に挿入される側の端部にテーパ状部分を有することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の画像読取装置。
- 前記第1レンズアレイプレートと前記第2レンズアレイプレートは、短手方向の一方の端部において互いに平行に所定距離隔てた状態で連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の画像読取装置。
