Description
図1は、実施例1の制御装置が適用された後輪駆動によるFRハイブリッド車両(車両の一例)を示す全体システム図である。以下、図1に基づき全体システム構成を説明する。
実施例1におけるFRハイブリッド車両の制御系は、図1に示すように、エンジンコントローラ1と、モータコントローラ2と、インバータ3と、バッテリ4と、第1クラッチコントローラ5と、第1クラッチ油圧制御バルブ6と、ATコントローラ7と、ATコントロールバルブ8と、ブレーキコントローラ9と、統合コントローラ10と、を有して構成されている。なお、各コントローラ1,2,5,7,9と、統合コントローラ10とは、情報交換が互いに可能なCAN通信線11を介して接続されている。
実施例1のFR車両の制御装置における作用を、「CL1Press値保持処理作用」、「CL1開放必要圧出力処理作用」、「第1クラッチ開放制御作用」、「ライン圧増加制御の開始タイミングの設定作用」、に分けて説明する。
「HEVモード」の選択により第1クラッチCL1が締結されている時には、ピストン圧指示値CL1Pressが、CL1Press=0であるため、図7のフローチャートにおいて、ステップS101→ステップS102→ステップS103→ステップS104→ステップS105→ステップS115→ステップS116→終了へと進む。ステップS103では、タイマーfTimerが、fTimer=0(タイマリセット)に設定され、ステップS104では、最大ピストン圧フラグfmaxが、fmax=0(リセット)に設定され、ステップS105では、最大ピストン圧指示値フラグfCL1PressMAXが、fCL1PressMAX=0(リセット)に設定される。また、ステップS115では、今回読み込まれたピストン圧指示値CL1Pressが、ピストン圧指示値前回値CL1Press前回に書き換えられる。
これに対し、実施例1のCL1Press値保持処理の場合、最大ピストン圧保持値CL1PressMAXの初期値は、CL1開放必要圧の最低値を用いることとし、最大ピストン圧保持値CL1PressMAXは、イグニッションオフ時にリセットすることとする。このため、無駄に高い必要圧を使用することが防止される。
CL1Press値保持処理と同時処理により、CL1開放必要圧出力処理が行われる。「HEVモード」の選択により第1クラッチCL1が締結されている時には、ピストン圧指示値CL1Pressが、CL1Press=0であるため、図8のフローチャートにおいて、ステップS201→ステップS202→ステップS203→終了へと進む。ステップS203では、CL1開放必要圧をゼロとし、「CL1開放必要圧=0」の情報が、ATコントローラ7へ出力される。
しかし、ライン圧指示値LPressを受けても直ぐにライン圧PLは上昇せず、ある遅れをもってライン圧PLが上昇する。その原因は、油温、メインオイルポンプM-O/Pやプレッシャレギュレータバルブ81やサブオイルポンプS-O/P等の構成要素のばらつき、劣化によるクリアランス拡大による洩れ量の増大、等が挙げられる。よって、実ライン圧の上昇が早まったり遅かったりするため、ライン指示値LPressを上げるタイミングは、適合によって前後させることも可能である。但し、早く出しすぎると無用なライン圧PLが高い状態が発生し、自動変速機AT内の潤滑油量が増え、結果としてフリクションの増大となり、燃費に跳ね返ることになる。また、遅く出しすぎると、指示圧と実圧の遅れの関係で、実圧がピストン圧指示値CL1Pressの必要圧を下回ってしまう可能性があり、第1クラッチCL1の開放時間の遅れ等が発生する。それらのリスクを考えると、ライン圧指示値CL1Pressが0より高くなったとき、MAX値である最大ピストン圧保持値CL1PressMAXによるライン圧指示値LPressを出すことが望ましい。
上記のように、統合コントローラ10からATコントローラ7に「CL1開放必要圧」が出力されると、この「CL1開放必要圧」を入力したATコントローラ7において、図5に示すように、「CL1開放必要圧」と「T/M入力トルク保持必要圧」と「最低ライン圧」のセレクトハイにより、ライン圧指示値LPressを生成する。そして、ライン圧指示値LPressをライン圧ソレノイド80に出力することで、ライン圧制御が行われる。
上記のように、第1クラッチ開放制御では、「CL1開放必要圧」の情報を、統合コントローラ10により生成すると、これをATコントローラ7に出力することで、「CL1開放必要圧」を入力したATコントローラ7において、「CL1開放必要圧」を選択してライン圧指示値LPressを決め、ライン圧増加制御を行うようにしている。
実施例1のFR車両の制御装置にあっては、下記に列挙する効果を得ることができる。
このため、クラッチ(第1クラッチCL1)開放時、無駄なエネルギー損失を抑えながら、クラッチ開放必要圧(CL1開放必要圧)の変動にかかわらず、クラッチ開放のレスポンスを高めることができる。
このため、上記(2)の効果に加え、ライン圧PLを増加させるタイミングを、エネルギー損失の増大を招くことなく、第1クラッチCL1の開放必要圧を確保できる最適なタイミングに設定することができる。
このライン圧増加制御は、少なくともピストン圧が基準ライン圧に達する前に開始し、この開放動作においてピストン圧が低下するとライン圧を低下させることで終了する。つまり、必要なタイミングで必要な期間だけ一時的にライン圧を増加する制御であり、基準ライン圧を増加側にシフトさせる制御ではない。このため、クラッチ開放時、クラッチ開放必要圧が基準ライン圧を超える経験を重ねても、基準ライン圧の設定変更を要さず、ピストン圧の増加分を見込んで基準ライン圧を高く設定する場合に比べ、無駄なエネルギー損失が抑えられる。この結果、クラッチ開放時、無駄なエネルギー損失を抑えながら、クラッチ開放必要圧の変動にかかわらず、クラッチ開放のレスポンスを高めることができる。
Claims (3)
- 駆動源と駆動輪の間に介装した油圧クラッチと、ライン圧を元圧とした油圧により駆動制御される自動変速機と、を備え、前記油圧クラッチは、前記ライン圧を元圧としてクラッチ油圧制御バルブによりピストン圧を作り出し、このピストン圧をクラッチ開放油圧とし、実ピストンストローク位置が目標位置に一致するように前記ピストン圧を制御することによってクラッチ油圧アクチュエータをストローク動作させて前記油圧クラッチを開放する車両の制御装置において、
前記油圧クラッチの開放動作以外の動作を確保する必要油圧に基づき決めたライン圧を基準ライン圧としたとき、前記油圧クラッチの開放時、少なくとも前記ピストン圧が基準ライン圧に達する前に、予めライン圧を基準ライン圧より高めるライン圧増加制御を開始し、この開放動作において前記ピストン圧が低下するとライン圧を低下させるクラッチ開放制御部を設けた車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載された車両の制御装置において、
前記クラッチ開放制御部は、ライン圧を増加させるタイミングを、ピストン圧の増加開始タイミングに対して、そのタイミングの前後を含む所定の時間幅の範囲内に設定した車両の制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載された車両の制御装置において、
前記クラッチ開放制御部は、ライン圧を増加させるタイミングを、ピストン圧の増加開始タイミングに合わせて設定した車両の制御装置。
