Claims (8)
- マット供給ローラ(3)のガラス繊維マット(2)を移送する複数の移送ローラ(6)(7)(8)と、
移送されるガラス繊維マット(2)の一側面にバインダーを塗布する塗布ローラ(9)と、
バインダーが塗布されたガラス繊維マット(2)が複数回巻き付けられ、所定厚さ及び所定大きさの断熱パイプ12を成形する成形ローラ(4)と、
成形ローラ(4)と平行をなし、モータ及び動力伝達手段によって回転する圧搾ローラ(10)と、
圧搾ローラ(10)を昇降させ、巻き取られるガラス繊維マット(2)を加圧し、バインダーが塗布されるようにする圧力調節部(11)と、
ガラス繊維マット(2)の移送長さを測定するエンコーダ(13)と、
ガラス繊維マット(2)が所定長さで移送されたならば、ガラス繊維マット(2)の切断面が傾斜面となるように切断し、元の位置に復帰する切断部(14)と、
制御器(19)、複数の駆動モータ、動力伝達手段及びセンサと、を含んで構成された断熱パイプの製造装置。
- 切断部(14)の上下部に補助ローラ(15)及びエアシリンダ(17)によって昇降する補助板(16)をそれぞれ設置してなる請求項1に記載の断熱パイプの製造装置。
- 成形ローラ(4)の一側に駆動軸(31)が組み付けられ、
前記駆動チャック(31)は、基台(32)に軸が設置され、モータ(33)及び動力伝達手段(34)によって回転し、
前記成形ローラ(4)の他側が組み付けられる被動チャック(35)は、基台(32)に取り付けられたエアシリンダ(36)のロッド(37)の端部に、軸が取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の断熱パイプの製造装置。 - 切断部(14)は、
前・後側板(52)(53)に平行に固定される一対の案内棒(54)(55)と、
案内棒(54)(55)に結合される移動体(56)と、
前・後側板(52)(53)に設置されて平行をなす駆動軸棒(57)及び被動軸棒(58)と、
駆動軸棒(57)及び被動軸棒(58)のチェーンギア(59)(60)に組み付けられるチェーン(62)と、
チェーン(62)が組み付けられる移動体(56)のチェーンアタッチメント(61)と、
後側板(53)に固定される正逆モータ(65)と、
駆動軸棒(57)を正・逆回転させる正逆モータ(65)及び動力伝達手段(64)と、
移動体(56)に設置されるインバータモータ(63)と、
移動体(56)の下端傾斜部(66)に設置される連結板材(67)と、
連結板材(67)の中央に固定される軸部材(69)と、
軸部材(69)の軸棒(68)とインバータモータ(63)の回転軸棒とを連結する動力伝達手段(70)と、
軸棒(68)の下端締結具(71)に締結され、所定の傾き角度(θ)を有する円形カッター(72)と、
移動体(56)の過度な移送を防止する左・右側限界センサ(73)(74)と、
チェーン(62)の両側に固定され、前記左・右側限界センサ(73)(74)を動作させる移動部材(75)(76)と、を含んで構成された請求項1又は2に記載の断熱パイプの製造装置。 - 圧搾ローラ(10)は、モータ(38)及び動力伝達手段(39)によって回転し、
前記圧搾ローラ(10)の下部には、圧力調節部(11)によって昇降するバインダー供給ボックス(40)が設置されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の断熱パイプの製造装置。 - 圧力調節部(11)は、
バインダー供給ボックス(40)の両側に設置される垂直案内棒(41)(42)及びボールスクリュー(43)(44)と、
ボールスクリュー(43)(44)の下部に組み付けられるベベルギア(45)(46)と、
前記ベベルギア(45)(46)に噛み合わされ、基台(32)に軸が取り付けられた軸棒(47)の両端に組み付けられるベベルギア(48)(49)と、
前記軸棒(47)を回転させるモータ(50)及び動力伝達手段(51)と、を含んで構成された請求項1又は2に記載の断熱パイプの製造装置。 - 円形カッター(72)の傾き角度(θ)は、水平方向に対して下方に6.8゜であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の断熱パイプの製造装置。
- 移送ローラ(8)の後方に傾斜度を調節可能な傾斜板(77)を設置してなる請求項1又は2に記載の断熱パイプの製造装置。
