(a)木質材料ボードの上面および底面を洗浄すること、
(b)コランダム粒子を含む第1の上方の樹脂層を木質材料ボードの上面に、第1の下方の樹脂層を底面に付着させること、
(c)第1の上方の樹脂層および第1の下方の樹脂層を3%ないし6%の残留含水率に乾燥させること、
(d)セルロースを含む第2の上方の樹脂層を木質材料ボードの上面に、および第2の下方の樹脂層を底面に付着させること、
(e)第2の上方の樹脂層および第2の下方の樹脂層を3%ないし6%の残留含水率に乾燥させること、
(f)ガラス粒子を含む少なくとも第3の上方の樹脂層を木質材料ボードの上面に、および少なくとも第3の下方の樹脂層を底面に付着させること、
(g)前記第3の上方の樹脂層および第3の下方の樹脂層を3%ないし6%の残留含水率に乾燥させること、および
(h)多層構造を圧力の影響および温度の影響下で圧縮すること、を有する、本発明に係わる方法によって、改善することが意図される。
(b)この第1の両面塗布装置の加工方向後方に設けられた第1の乾燥装置と、
(c)この第1の乾燥装置の加工方向後方に設けられた第2の両面塗布装置と、
(d)この第2の両面塗布装置の加工方向後方に設けられた第2の乾燥装置と、
(e)この第2の乾燥装置の加工方向後方に設けられた少なくとも1つの第3の面塗布装置と、
(f)少なくとも1つの第3の両面塗布装置の加工方向に後方に設けられた少なくとも1つの第3の乾燥装置と、
(g)短サイクルプレスと、を具備し、
各々の両面塗布装置は、樹脂層を木質材料ボードの上面に塗布するための上方の塗布装置と、樹脂層を木質材料ボードの底面に塗布するための下方の塗布装置とを有し、各々の上方の塗布装置および各々の下方の塗布装置は、夫々、1つの混合容器を有し、この混合容器の中で、その都度付着される樹脂は、少なくとも1つの添加剤と混合可能である。

Claims (14)
- 少なくとも1つの上面および/または底面に装飾を有する木質材料ボード(2)を仕上げ加工するための方法であって、以下の段階、すなわち、
(a)前記木質材料ボード(2)の前記上面および前記底面を洗浄すること、
(b)コランダム粒子を含む第1の上方の樹脂層を前記木質材料ボード(2)の前記上面に、第1の下方の樹脂層を前記底面に付着させること、
(c)前記第1の上方の樹脂層および前記第1の下方の樹脂層を3%ないし6%の残留含水率に乾燥させること、
(d)セルロースを含む第2の上方の樹脂層を前記木質材料ボード(2)の前記上面に、および第2の下方の樹脂層を前記底面に付着させること、
(e)前記第2の上方の樹脂層および前記第2の下方の樹脂層を3%ないし6%の残留含水率に乾燥させること、
(f)ガラス粒子を含む少なくとも第3の上方の樹脂層を前記木質材料ボード(2)の前記上面に、および少なくとも第3の下方の樹脂層を前記底面に付着させること、
(g)前記第3の上方の樹脂層および前記第3の下方の樹脂層を3%ないし6%の残留含水率に乾燥させること、および
(h)多層構造を圧力の影響および温度の影響下で圧縮すること、を有する方法。 - 前記第3の上方の樹脂層は、約20%のガラスを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の上方の樹脂層は、約5%のセルロースを含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の上方の樹脂層は、約20%のコランダム粒子を含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記上方の樹脂層および前記下方の樹脂層を、20ないし50g/m2の量で塗布することを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記上方の樹脂層および前記下方の樹脂層は、60%の合成樹脂溶液を含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記仕上げ加工される木質材料ボード(2)の前記装飾の下方には、プライマーおよび下塗りを塗布し、かつ前記装飾を前記下塗りにプリントし、カバーで被覆したことを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記装飾を、貼り合わされた装飾用紙層の形で、前記木質材料ボード(2)に付着させたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 木質材料ボード(2)を仕上げ加工するための装置であって、前記木質材料ボード(2)の少なくとも1つの上面および/または少なくとも1つの底面は、装飾を有し、
(a)第1の両面塗布装置(6)と、
(b)この第1の両面塗布装置(6)の加工方向(V)後方に設けられた第1の乾燥装置(12)と、
(c)この第1の乾燥装置(12)の加工方向(V)後方に設けられた第2の両面塗布装置と、
(d)この第2の両面塗布装置の加工方向(V)後方に設けられた第2の乾燥装置と、
(e)この第2の乾燥装置の加工方向(V)後方に設けられた少なくとも1つの第3の両面塗布装置(14)と、
(f)この少なくとも1つの第3の両面塗布装置(14)の加工方向(V)後方に設けられた少なくとも1つの第3の乾燥装置(16)と、
(g)短サイクルプレス(20)と、を具備し、
各々の両面塗布装置は、樹脂層を前記木質材料ボード(2)の前記上面に塗布するための上方の塗布装置(8)と、樹脂層を前記木質材料ボード(2)の前記底面に塗布するための下方の塗布装置(10)とを有し、各々の上方の塗布装置(8)および各々の下方の塗布装置(10)は、夫々、1つの混合容器(24)を有し、この混合容器の中で、その都度付着される樹脂は、少なくとも1つの添加剤と混合可能である。 - 複数の貯蔵容器(28)を有する貯蔵マガジン(26)と、複数の供給ライン(30)とを具備し、これらの貯蔵容器の中で、前記付着される樹脂および前記添加剤は、夫々別々に、貯蔵可能であり、前記供給ラインは、前記貯蔵容器(28)から前記混合物容器(24)へ延びていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記供給ライン(30)を通って前記混合容器(24)に運ばれる樹脂および添加剤の量を制御するために設置されている制御装置(32)を有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の装置。
- 各々の上方の塗布装置(8)および各々の下方の塗布装置(10)は、塗布圧延機構であることを特徴とする請求項9ないし11のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記混合容器(24)の中味を前記各々の上方の塗布装置(8)および下方の塗布装置(10)へ送り込むぜん動ポンプ(42)を有することを特徴とする請求項9ないし12のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 各々の両面塗布装置の手前で、前記前記木質材料ボード(2)のための少なくとも1つの押さえ手段(56)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項9ないし13のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
