Claims (4)
- 特に車両動力伝達系統で、エンジン(IC)の駆動力を駆動される負荷(L)に伝達するための無段変速機(1)であって、
少なくとも前記変速機(1)の圧力室(7,8)内の液圧(Ppri,Psec)によって変速比の範囲内で前記変速機(1)を作動させるために、圧液の加圧供給を実現するための液圧ポンプ(PM,PE)の1つのセットを備え、
前記液圧ポンプ(PM,PE)のセットが、前記エンジン(IC)によって駆動可能な機械的に駆動されるポンプ(PM)と、前記エンジン(IC)とは無関係に電動機によって駆動可能である電気的に駆動されるポンプ(PE)とを備え、
前記機械駆動ポンプ(PM)が圧液用タンク(10)から前記変速機(1)の主液圧管路(11)に圧液を供給するように配置され、前記電気駆動ポンプ(PE)が前記主液圧管路(11)から作動液圧管路(20)に圧液を供給するように配置され、前記作動液圧管路(20)から前記圧力室(7,8)に圧液が供給され、前記主液圧管路(11)と前記圧液用タンク(10)の間に更なる液圧管路(30)が設けられ、
ここにおいて前記更なる液圧管路(30)に一方向弁(31)が設けられ、
少なくとも前記機械駆動ポンプ(PM)が停止したときに、前記一方向弁が前記圧液用タンク(10)から前記主液圧管路(11)を経て前記電気駆動ポンプ(PE)の入口への圧液の流れを許容し、かつ反対向きの圧液の流れを阻止し、
前記機械駆動ポンプ(PM)が前記変速機(1)の少なくとも1つの補助液圧ユーザ(U1;U2)に圧液を供給する、無段変速機(1)において、
少なくとも前記機械駆動ポンプ(PM)が停止したときに、前記ユーザ(U1;U2)から前記電気駆動ポンプ(PE)の入口への圧液の流れを阻止する更なる弁(32;33)が、前記ユーザ(U1;U2)と前記電気駆動ポンプ(PE)の入口の間に設けられている、
ことを特徴とする無段変速機(1)。 - 前記の更なる弁(32;33)が一方向弁(32)であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の無段変速機(1)。
- 前記更なる弁(32;33)が、前記主液圧管路(11)の圧液の圧力(Pm)、すなわち前記機械駆動ポンプ(PM)の吐出圧力(Ppm)を制御する圧力制御弁(33)である、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の無段変速機(1)。
- 前記作動液圧管路(20)と前記補助液圧ユーザ(U1;U2)の間に液圧接続管路(34)が設けられ、それにより前記液圧接続管路が前記電気駆動ポンプ(PE)の出口と前記ユーザ(U1;U2)を接続し、そして前記機械駆動ポンプ(PM)が停止したときに、前記作動液圧管路(20)から前記ユーザ(U1;U2)への圧液の流れを許容し、前記機械駆動ポンプ(PM)が作動しているときに前記圧液の流れを遮断する切換え弁(35)が、前記液圧接続管路(34)に設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1,2または3のいずれかに記載の無段変速機。
