Description
また、本開示の第2態様は、棒状のシャンクの先端に着脱可能に取り付けられる支持部と、前記支持部の先端に設けられた刃部とを備えたインデキサブル式の超硬回転工具の製造方法であって、超硬合金製の焼結体である棒状の前記支持部の中間体である支持部中間体を製造する支持部中間体製造工程と、前記焼結体の焼結温度よりも低い温度で予備焼結を行い、前記刃部の中間体である刃部中間体を製造する刃部中間体製造工程と、前記刃部中間体に設けられた挿入穴に、前記支持部中間体の先端を挿入する挿入工程と、前記挿入工程において、前記支持部中間体の前記先端の端面と前記挿入穴の底面とが密着し、かつ前記支持部中間体の前記先端側の外周面と前記挿入穴の内周面とが密着した二面拘束の状態で、前記刃部中間体と前記支持部中間体とを一体焼結する本焼結工程とを備えている。
Claims (2)
- 棒状のシャンクの先端に着脱可能に取り付けられる支持部と、前記支持部の先端に設けられた刃部とを備えたインデキサブル式の超硬回転工具であって、
超硬合金製の焼結体である棒状の前記支持部の中間体である支持部中間体の前記先端を、前記焼結体の焼結温度よりも低い温度で予備焼結された前記刃部の中間体である刃部中間体に設けられた挿入穴に挿入し、前記支持部中間体の前記先端の端面と前記挿入穴の底面とを密着させ、かつ前記支持部中間体の前記先端側の外周面と前記凹部の内周面とが密着する二面拘束の状態で一体焼結して成ることを特徴とする超硬回転工具。 - 棒状のシャンクの先端に着脱可能に取り付けられる支持部と、前記支持部の先端に設けられた刃部とを備えたインデキサブル式の超硬回転工具の製造方法であって、
超硬合金製の焼結体である棒状の前記支持部の中間体である支持部中間体を製造する支持部中間体製造工程と、
前記焼結体の焼結温度よりも低い温度で予備焼結を行い、前記刃部の中間体である刃部中間体を製造する刃部中間体製造工程と、
前記刃部中間体に設けられた挿入穴に、前記支持部中間体の先端を挿入する挿入工程と、
前記挿入工程において、前記支持部中間体の前記先端の端面と前記挿入穴の底面とが密着し、かつ前記支持部中間体の前記先端側の外周面と前記挿入穴の内周面とが密着した二面拘束の状態で、前記刃部中間体と前記支持部中間体とを一体焼結する本焼結工程と
を備えたことを特徴とする超硬回転工具の製造方法。
