Claims (16)
- 電子部品を作成する方法であって、
a.誘電材料の粒子を基板上に塗布する工程と、
b.該誘電材料が焼結するのに十分な温度で該基板を焼成する工程とを備え、
焼成前の該誘電材料が、か焼された前駆体と焼結融剤とからなり、
該か焼された前駆体が、該誘電材料全量に対して、12〜15wt%のGd2O3、18〜22.5wt%のNd2O3、26〜40wt%のTiO2、12〜16wt%のBaO、0.05〜3wt%のCaO、0.05〜1.5wt%のSrO、0.05〜1.5wt%のSiO2、0.05〜1wt%のLi2O、2.5〜4.5wt%のSm2O3からなり、
該焼結融剤が、該誘電材料全量に対して、0.1〜5wt%のZnO、0.05〜3wt%のB2O3、0.05〜1.5wt%のLiFからなる
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1記載の方法において、焼成温度が900℃〜1050℃であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1記載の方法において、10−12atm〜10−8atmの酸素分圧を有する雰囲気下で焼成を行うことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1記載の方法において、前記か焼された前駆体が、前記誘電材料全量に対して、12.5〜14.5wt%のGd2O3、19〜22wt%のNd2O3、30〜39wt%のTiO2、13〜15wt%のBaO、0.1〜2.5wt%のCaO、0.1〜1wt%のSrO、0.1〜1wt%のSiO2、0.1〜0.8wt%のLi2O、3〜4wt%のSm2O3からなり、前記焼結融剤が、前記誘電材料全量に対して、0.2〜4.5wt%のZnO、0.1〜2.5wt%のB2O3、0.1〜1wt%のLiFからなることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1記載の方法において、前記か焼された前駆体が、前記誘電材料全量に対して、13〜14wt%のGd2O3、20〜21wt%のNd2O3、32〜38wt%のTiO2、14〜15wt%のBaO、1〜2.5wt%のCaO、0.5〜1wt%のSrO、0.5〜1wt%のSiO2、0.2〜0.5wt%のLi2O、3.2〜3.8wt%のSm2O3からなり、前記焼結融剤が、前記誘電材料全量に対して、1〜4wt%のZnO、0.5〜2wt%のB2O3、0.3〜0.9wt%のLiFからなることを特徴とする方法。
- 電子部品を作成する方法であって、
a.酸化物含有誘電材料の層と金属含有電極ペースト層とを基板上に交互印刷して積層スタックを形成する工程であって、
焼成前の該誘電材料が、か焼された前駆体と焼結融剤とからなり、
該か焼された前駆体が、該誘電材料全量に対して、12〜15wt%のGd2O3、18〜22.5wt%のNd2O3、26〜40wt%のTiO2、12〜16wt%のBaO、0.05〜3wt%のCaO、0.05〜1.5wt%のSrO、0.05〜1.5wt%のSiO2、0.05〜1wt%のLi2O、2.5〜4.5wt%のSm2O3からなり、
該焼結融剤が、該誘電材料全量に対して、0.1〜5wt%のZnO、0.05〜3wt%のB2O3、0.05〜1.5wt%のLiFからなる工程と、
b.該積層スタックを所定の形状に切断する工程と、
c.該スタックを該基板から切り離す工程と、
d.該スタックを焼成して、電極中の金属密度を高め、誘電材料中の酸化物を焼結する工程とを備えることを特徴とする電子部品の作成方法。 - 請求項6記載の方法において、焼成後の誘電材料の層が厚さ0.5〜50ミクロンであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項6記載の方法において、焼成温度が950℃〜1050℃であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項6記載の多層セラミックチップコンデンサにおいて、金属含有電極ペーストが銅を含むことを特徴とする多層セラミックチップコンデンサ。
- 請求項6記載の方法において、前記か焼された前駆体が、前記誘電材料全量に対して、12.5〜14.5wt%のGd2O3、19〜22wt%のNd2O3、30〜39wt%のTiO2、13〜15wt%のBaO、0.1〜2.5wt%のCaO、0.1〜1wt%のSrO、0.1〜1wt%のSiO2、0.1〜0.8wt%のLi2O、3〜4wt%のSm2O3からなり、前記焼結融剤が、前記誘電材料全量に対して、0.2〜4.5wt%のZnO、0.1〜2.5wt%のB2O3、0.1〜1wt%のLiFからなることを特徴とする方法。
- 多層セラミックチップコンデンサであって、
a.誘電材料の層と、
b.Ag、Au、PdもしくはPt以外の遷移金属を含む電極材層とを含み、
該誘電材料層は該電極材層と交互に積層し、
焼成前の該誘電材料が、か焼された前駆体と焼結融剤とからなり、
該か焼された前駆体が、該誘電材料全量に対して、12〜15wt%のGd2O3、18〜22.5wt%のNd2O3、26〜40wt%のTiO2、12〜16wt%のBaO、0.05〜3wt%のCaO、0.05〜1.5wt%のSrO、0.05〜1.5wt%のSiO2、0.05〜1wt%のLi2O、2.5〜4.5wt%のSm2O3からなり、
該焼結融剤が、該誘電材料全量に対して、0.1〜5wt%のZnO、0.05〜3wt%のB2O3、0.05〜1.5wt%のLiFからなることを特徴とする多層セラミックチップコンデンサ。 - 請求項11記載の多層セラミックチップコンデンサにおいて、電極材が銅を含むことを特徴とする多層セラミックチップコンデンサ。
- 請求項11記載の多層セラミックチップコンデンサにおいて、前記か焼された前駆体が、前記誘電材料全量に対して、13〜14wt%のGd2O3、20〜21wt%のNd2O3、32〜38wt%のTiO2、14〜15wt%のBaO、1〜2.5wt%のCaO、0.5〜1wt%のSrO、0.5〜1wt%のSiO2、0.2〜0.5wt%のLi2O、3.2〜3.8wt%のSm2O3からなり、前記焼結融剤が、前記誘電材料全量に対して、1〜4wt%のZnO、0.5〜2wt%のB2O3、0.3〜0.9wt%のLiFからなることを特徴とする多層セラミックチップコンデンサ。
- 請求項13記載の多層セラミックチップコンデンサにおいて、電極材が銅を含むことを特徴とする多層セラミックチップコンデンサ。
- 電子部品を作成するために使用する誘電体組成物であって、該誘電体組成物が、か焼された前駆体と焼結融剤とからなり、
該か焼された前駆体が、組成物全量に対して、12〜15wt%のGd2O3、18〜22.5wt%のNd2O3、26〜40wt%のTiO2、12〜16wt%のBaO、0.05〜3wt%のCaO、0.05〜1.5wt%のSrO、0.05〜1.5wt%のSiO2、0.05〜1wt%のLi2O、2.5〜4.5wt%のSm2O3からなり、
該焼結融剤が、組成物全量に対して、0.1〜5wt%のZnO、0.05〜3wt%のB2O3、0.05〜1.5wt%のLiFからなる
ことを特徴とする誘電体組成物。 - 請求項15記載の組成物において、該組成物が、鉛フリー及びカドミウムフリーであることを特徴とする組成物。
