Description
R2(SO2)m(CH2)nOCONHR1NHCOO(CH2)n(SO2)mR2
(ここで、R1はC1〜C20の直鎖状または分岐状構造の2価の脂肪族アルキレン基、2価の脂環式炭化水素基または2価の芳香族基であり、R2は、カーバメート構造としたとき、塩基性加硫促進剤の作用で分解し、ジアミンを発生させ得る基であって、C1〜C20のアルキル基、アルコキシル基、フェノキシ基、ハロアルキル基、オレフィン基、アリール基またはアラルキル基、フルオレニル含有基、S含有基、Si含有基、N含有基またはP含有基であり、S含有基またはN含有基は芳香族または脂環式の複素環式基であり、n:0、1または2であり、m:0または1である)で表わされるジウレタン化合物0.05〜5重量部、ジアミノジフェニルエーテル系化合物0.3〜3重量部およびN-含有複素環式化合物0.08〜1.2重量部を含有し、1,3-ジ-o-トリルグアニジンを含有しないアクリルゴム組成物によって達成される。
R2(SO2)m(CH2)nOCONHR1NHCOO(CH2)n(SO2)mR2
で表わされるジウレタン化合物、好ましくは一般式 H2N(CH2)lNH2(l=4〜6)で表わされるアルキレンジアミンのアミノ基を9-フルオレニルメチルクロロホーメート〔Fmoc〕でジ置換したジウレタン化合物、さらに好ましくはヘキサメチレンジアミン(l=6)のアミノ基を〔Fmoc〕でジ置換したジウレタン化合物〔HMDA-Fmoc〕
等が、アクリルゴム100重量部に対して、0.05〜5重量部、好ましくは0.1〜4重量部の割合で用いられる。ジウレタン化合物が用いられないと、加硫速度が遅くなり、一方これより多い割合で用いられると組成物の分散性が悪くなる。
(1) H2NR1NH2+2ClCOO(CH2)n(SO2)mR2 (クロロホーメート化合物)
(2) OCNR1NCO+2R2(SO2)m(CH2)nOH (水酸基含有化合物)
n:0、1または2
m:0または1
等が挙げられ、2価芳香族基としては例えば
等が挙げられるが、好ましくはC4〜C10の直鎖状アルキレン基が用いられる。
カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム 100重量部
(ユニマテック製品NOXTITE PA522)
FEFカーボンブラック(シースト G-SO) 55 〃
ステアリン酸 2 〃
老化防止剤〔4,4′-(α,α-ジメチルベンジル)ジフェニルアミン〕 2 〃
1,8-ジアザビシクロ[5,4,0]ウンデセン-7 0.5 〃
2,2-ビス〔4-(4-アミノフェノキシ)フェニル〕プロパン 2 〃
1,6-ビス〔(9-フルオレニルメチル)カルバメート〕ヘキサン 2 〃
〔HMDA-Fmoc〕
以上の各成分の内、加硫剤および加硫促進剤を除く各成分をニーダで混練した後、オープンロールを用いて加硫剤および加硫促進剤の添加が行われた。このようにして調製されたアクリルゴム組成物は、180℃で10分間のプレス加硫および150℃、24時間のオーブン加硫によって加硫され、ISO 3601-1に対応するJIS B2401 G25規定のOリングを得た。
加硫試験:ISO 6502に対応するJIS K6300-2準拠、210℃の加硫曲線から最高トルク
(MH)を算出し、また210℃、6分経過時のトルクからT90を算出した
最高トルク(MH)が高く、T90が短いほど加硫速度が速い
スコーチ安定性:ISO 289-1およびISO 289-2に対応するJIS K6300準拠、125℃のム
ーニー曲線からスコーチタイムt5(分)を算出
t5の値が大きい(スコーチタイムが長い)程生地やけの可能性が
少なく、生地やけを原因とする不良が低減される
圧縮永久歪:ISO 815に対応するJIS K6262準拠(175℃、72時間)
圧縮永久歪の値が小さいほど、Oリングのシール性がよく、シール寿
命が長くなる
実施例1において、1,8-ジアザビシクロ[5,4,0]ウンデセン-7量が、0.1重量部に変更されて用いられた。
実施例1において、1,8-ジアザビシクロ[5,4,0]ウンデセン-7量が、1.0重量部に変更されて用いられた。
実施例1において、2,2-ビス[4-(4-アミノフェノキシ)フェニル]プロパン量が、0.5重量部に変更されて用いられた。
実施例1において、2,2-ビス[4-(4-アミノフェノキシ)フェニル]プロパン量が、2.5重量部に変更されて用いられた。
実施例1において、1,6-ビス〔(9-フルオレニルメチル)カルバメート〕ヘキサン〔HMDA-Fmoc〕量が、0.1重量部に変更されて用いられた。
実施例1において、1,6-ビス〔(9-フルオレニルメチル)カルバメート〕ヘキサン〔HMDA-Fmoc〕量が、4.0重量部に変更されて用いられた。
実施例1において、1,8-ジアザビシクロ[5,4,0]ウンデセン-7量が、0.05重量部に変更されて用いられた。
実施例1において、1,8-ジアザビシクロ[5,4,0]ウンデセン-7量が、1.5重量部に変更されて用いられた。
実施例1において、2,2-ビス[4-(4-アミノフェノキシ)フェニル]プロパン量が、0.1重量部に変更されて用いられた。
実施例1において、2,2-ビス[4-(4-アミノフェノキシ)フェニル]プロパン量が、5.0重量部に変更されて用いられた。
実施例1において、1,6-ビス〔(9-フルオレニルメチル)カルバメート〕ヘキサン〔HMDA-Fmoc〕が用いられなかった。
実施例1において、1,6-ビス〔(9-フルオレニルメチル)カルバメート〕ヘキサン〔HMDA-Fmoc〕量が、10重量部に変更されて用いられた。
(1) 各実施例で用いられている配合割合のアクリルゴム組成物であれば、その加硫成形品はシール部品として必要な諸特性を有している。
(2) N-含有複素環式化合物の配合量が少ないと、加硫トルク値が低く(比較例1)、反対にこの配合量が多すぎると、加硫トルク値が高くなるが、スコーチタイムが短くなる(比較例2)。
(3) 芳香族ポリアミン化合物の配合量が少ないと、耐圧縮永久歪特性が悪く、加硫トルク値が低くなり(比較例3)、反対にこの配合量が多すぎると、加硫時間が長くなる(比較例4)。
(4) ジウレタン置換化合物用いられないと、加硫時間が長くなり(比較例5)、この配合量が多すぎると、分散性が悪化するようになる。
Claims (11)
- カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム100重量部当り、一般式
R2(SO2)m(CH2)nOCONHR1NHCOO(CH2)n(SO2)mR2
(ここで、R1はC1〜C20の直鎖状または分岐状構造の2価の脂肪族アルキレン基、2価の脂環式炭化水素基または2価の芳香族基であり、R2は、カーバメート構造としたとき、塩基性加硫促進剤の作用で分解し、ジアミンを発生させ得る基であって、C1〜C20のアルキル基、アルコキシル基、フェノキシ基、ハロアルキル基、オレフィン基、アリール基またはアラルキル基、フルオレニル含有基、S含有基、Si含有基、N含有基またはP含有基であり、S含有基またはN含有基は芳香族または脂環式の複素環式基であり、n:0、1または2であり、m:0または1である)で表わされるジウレタン化合物0.05〜5重量部、ジアミノジフェニルエーテル系化合物0.3〜3重量部およびN-含有複素環式化合物0.08〜1.2重量部を含有し、1,3-ジ-o-トリルグアニジンを含有しないアクリルゴム組成物。 - カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴムが、脂肪族ジアミン加硫タイプのカルボキシル基含有アクリルゴムである請求項1記載のアクリルゴム組成物。
- アクリルゴム100重量部当り0.05〜5重量部のジウレタン化合物が用いられた請求項1記載のアクリルゴム組成物。
- ジアミノジフェニルエーテル系化合物が、2,2-ビス〔4-(4-アミノフェノキシ)フェニル〕プロパンである請求項1記載のアクリルゴム組成物。
- アクリルゴム100重量部当り0.3〜3重量部のジアミノジフェニルエーテル系化合物が用いられた請求項1記載のアクリルゴム組成物。
- N-含有複素環式化合物が、1,8-ジアザビシクロ[5,4,0]ウンデセン-7、1,5-ジアザビシクロ[4,3,0]ノネン-5またはこれらの塩である請求項1記載のアクリルゴム組成物。
- アクリルゴム100重量部当り0.08〜1.2重量部のN-含有複素環式化合物が用いられた請求項1記載のアクリルゴム組成物。
- 請求項1または3記載のアクリルゴム組成物から加硫成形された加硫成形品。
- シール部品として用いられる請求項10記載の加硫成形品。
