Description
図1は、本発明の第1実施形態による車両の制御装置の概略構成図である。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態によるエンジントルク制御について説明する。本実施形態によるエンジントルク制御は、アクセル操作量がゼロになったときは、制限解除時間内であっても即座に優先アクセル操作量の上限を最大アクセル量に設定する点で、第1実施形態と相違する。以下、その相違点を中心に説明する。なお、以下の実施形態では、前述した第1実施形態と同様の機能を果たす部分には、同一の符号を用いて重複する説明を適宜省略する。
時刻t22でブレーキペダル43から足が離されてブレーキスイッチ信号がOFFになると(図8(A);S1でNo)、時刻t21から時刻t22までのブレーキ操作時間Tblk_onに基づいて、制限解除時間Tlim_canが算出される(S8)。

Claims (3)
- 車両の駆動力を発生する内燃機関の出力制御装置であって、
制動要求操作の有無を検出する制動要求検出手段と、
駆動力要求がある場合に前記制動要求操作を開始したときに、前記内燃機関の出力を制限する出力制限手段と、
前記制動要求操作を終了したときに所定の制限解除時間をかけて前記出力制限手段による制限を完全に解除し、所定の条件が成立すると前記制限解除時間を短くする出力制限解除手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする内燃機関の出力制御装置。 - 前記制動要求操作を開始してからの制動操作時間を算出する制動操作時間算出手段を備え、
前記出力制限解除手段は、前記制動要求操作を終了したときに前記制動操作時間が短いときほど前記制限解除時間を短くする、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の出力制御装置。 - 前記出力制限解除手段は、前記駆動力要求が無くなったときは、前記制限解除時間を短くする、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の出力制御装置。
