Claims (6)
- コルゲートフィンを積層して各層間に交互に高温流体通路と低温流体通路が形成され、各流体通路での流体の主流方向が互いに交差する伝熱コアを有する一次伝面型熱交換器において、
各流体通路での流体の主流方向が、当該流体通路を形成するいずれのコルゲートフィンの畝とも交差し、前記流体が前記両方のコルゲートフィンの畝を順次越えながら流れることを特徴とする一次伝面型熱交換器。
- 互いに積層されたコルゲートフィンの畝が角度60°〜120°の範囲内で交差し、
各流体通路での流体の主流方向が、当該流体通路を形成するいずれのコルゲートフィンの畝とも等しい角度で交差することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の一次伝面型熱交換器。 - 前記流体のうちの一方が気体であり、他方が液体であり、
気体の主流方向が前記コルゲートフィンの畝と交差する角度は、液体の主流方向が前記コルゲートフィンの畝と交差する角度よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の一次伝面型熱交換器。 - 前記伝熱コアを内設するケーシングと、前記伝熱コアへの各流体の流入部をそれぞれ形成する入側ヘッダーおよび入側ノズルと、前記伝熱コアからの各流体の流出部をそれぞれ形成する出側ヘッダーおよび出側ノズルと、を備え、
前記伝熱コアは、プレス加工により押し潰された前記コルゲートフィンの外周部に、前記流体通路を確保するスペーサーバーが接合され、スペーサーバーが接合された前記コルゲートフィンが前記ケーシング内で積み重ねられてなり、
前記伝熱コアと、前記ケーシングと、前記入側ヘッダーおよび入側ノズルと、前記出側ヘッダーおよび出側ノズルとがろう付により接合されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の一次伝面型熱交換器。 - 前記伝熱コアは、プレス加工により押し潰された前記コルゲートフィンの外周部に、前記流体通路を確保するスペーサーバーが接合され、スペーサーバーが接合された前記コルゲートフィンがケーシング内で積み重ねられてなり、
前記スペーサーバーの両端部が前記コルゲートフィンの外周部から突出し、この両端部が前記ケーシングに嵌合することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の一次伝面型熱交換器。 - 当該一次伝面型熱交換器が航空機用の熱交換器であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の一次伝面型熱交換器。
