Abstract
Description
図1〜図9に本発明の第1実施形態を示す。図1の符号1は生検処置具であり、処置具本体2と管状部としての可撓性シース3とを有している。更に、この処置具本体2が長尺で細径の可撓性を有する棒状部としての挿入部4を有し、この挿入部4の基端部にコネクタ部5が設けられている。尚、このコネクタ部5は、図示しない超音波観測装置に接続される。
図10〜図13に本発明の第2実施形態を示す。尚、第1実施形態と同一の構成部分については同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。本実施形態は、検体採取用凹部7に吸引管路15の吸い口を開口させ、検体採取用凹部7に取込まれた検体14aとなる部位を吸引管路15の吸い口に吸引させることで、この検体14aとなる部位を検体採取用凹部7に確実に留置させるようにしたものである。
図14に本発明の第3実施形態を示す。尚、第1実施形態と同一の構成部分については同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。本実施形態は、検体採取用凹部7の前部壁面7aと後部壁面7bとを共に静電容量型超音波振動子アレイ8が固設されている底面側から外周方向へ拡開する斜面としたものである。
図15に本発明の第4実施形態を示す。本実施形態は上述した第3実施形態の変形例である。第3実施形態では、前部壁面7aと後部壁面7bとを共に斜面としたが、本実施形態では、後部壁面7bのみを、第3実施形態と同様の斜面としたものである。
図16〜図20に本発明の第5実施形態を示す。本実施形態は、検体採取用凹部7に複数の静電容量型超音波振動子アレイ8を配設したものである。尚、第1実施形態と同一の構成部分については同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。
図21、図22に本発明の第6実施形態を示す。同図には、上述した第1〜第5実施形態で説明した生検処置具1の何れかを備える内視鏡システム21が示されている。
Claims (7)
- 管状部と、
前記管状部内を進退可能な棒状部と、
前記棒状部の側面に設けられた凹部と、
前記凹部の底面に設けられた超音波観察部と、
前記凹部が開閉するように前記棒状部と前記管状部とを相対的にスライドさせるスライド部と、を含むことを特徴とする生検処置具。 - 前記棒状部の先端面は前記棒状部の軸芯を中心とする円錐曲線の回転体状に形成されており、
前記管状部の先端の外表面は、前記棒状部の先端面に対し接線方向に向かって傾斜する片刃状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生検処置具。 - 前記棒状部の先端面内に、前記超音波観察部で送受波する超音波信号を処理する回路素子が内蔵されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の生検処置具。
- 前記凹部の壁面は前記凹部の底面から外周方向へ拡開されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の生検処置具。
- 前記棒状部は前記凹部内で開口する吸引管路を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の生検処置具。
- 前記凹部は前記棒状部の全周に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の生検処置具。
- 前記超音波観察部は、マイクロマシン製造プロセスを用いて製造される静電容量型超音波振動子であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の生検処置具。
