Claims (6)
- シリンダブロックの両側に第一、第二斜板を傾転可能に備え、シリンダブロックの回転に伴って複数の第一、第二ピストンがこの第一、第二斜板に追従して各シリンダを往復動する対向式斜板型ピストンポンプ・モータであって、前記第一、第二斜板から前記第一、第二斜板の傾転中心軸と平行に延びる方向に突出する第一、第二係合ピンと、前記第一、第二係合ピンに対して単一の部材がその両端部に形成された凹部を当該部材の長手方向に摺動可能に係合させることによって前記第一、第二斜板を互いに連動して逆方向に傾転させる傾転連動機構と、前記第一、第二斜板とこの傾転連動機構のいずれかを駆動する単一のサーボ機構とを備え、このサーボ機構を用いて前記第一、第二斜板の傾転角度を最小容量位置から最大容量位置の間で互いに同期して変える構成としたことを特徴とする対向式斜板型ピストンポンプ・モータ。
- 前記シリンダブロックと前記第一、第二斜板を収容するケースを備え、前記傾転連動機構はこのケースに対して支持ピンを介して揺動可能に支持される揺動リンクを備え、前記第一、第二斜板にこの揺動リンクの前記凹部に対して摺動可能に係合する前記第一、第二係合ピンを備え、前記第一、第二斜板の傾転角度範囲に比例する位置に前記支持ピンを配置したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の対向式斜板型ピストンポンプ・モータ。
- 前記傾転連動機構は前記第一、第二係合ピンの一方をこれが備えられる前記第一、第二斜板の傾転中心軸より前記シリンダブロック側に配置するとともに、前記第一、第二係合ピンの他方をこれが備えられる前記第一、第二斜板の傾転中心軸より前記シリンダブロックと反対側に配置することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の対向式斜板型ピストンポンプ・モータ。
- 前記第一係合ピンと前記支持ピンとの中心間距離をAとし、前記第二係合ピンと前記支持ピンとの中心間距離をBとし、前記第一係合ピンの中心と前記第一斜板の傾転中心軸との距離をLrとし、前記第二係合ピンの中心と前記第二斜板の傾転中心軸との距離をLsとし、最大容量位置における前記第一、第二斜板の傾転角度をTH1、TH3とし、最小容量位置における前記第一、第二斜板の傾転角度をTH4、TH5として、各部の寸法をA/B=(Lr*sin(TH1−TH4))/(Ls*sin(TH3−TH5))の関係を満たすように設定したことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の対向式斜板型ピストンポンプ・モータ。
- 前記シリンダブロックと前記第一、第二斜板を収容するケースを備え、前記傾転連動機構はケースに対して前記傾転連動機構の前記部材の長手方向と垂直な方向に平行移動可能に支持されるスライドバーを備え、前記第一、第二斜板にこのスライドバーの前記凹部に対して摺動可能に係合する第一、第二係合ピンを備え、前記第一、第二斜板の傾転角度範囲に比例する位置にこの第一、第二係合ピンを配置したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の対向式斜板型ピストンポンプ・モータ。
- 前記第一斜板の傾転中心軸を中心として前記第一係合ピンの中心が傾転する軌跡の直径をD1とし、前記第二斜板の傾転中心軸を中心とする前記第二係合ピンの中心が傾転する軌跡の直径をD2とし、最大容量位置における前記第一、第二斜板の傾転角度をTH1、TH2とし、最小容量位置における前記第一、第二斜板の傾転角度をTH3、TH4として、各部の寸法をD2/D1=(TH1−TH3)/(TH2−TH4)の関係を満たすように設定したことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の対向式斜板型ピストンポンプ・モータ。
