Claims (16)
- 少なくとも一つのベアセルと、
前記ベアセルと電気的に接続される回路部と、
前記ベアセルの前記回路部を覆蓋するケースとを含み、
前記ケースは、
前記ベアセルの一面に取り付けられ、前記回路部を内部に収容することができる形状を有する本体と、前記一面に隣接する前記ベアセルの複数の面の一部を囲むように前記本体から一体に延長される側部とを含むメインケースと、
前記ベアセルの前記一面と隣合う二つの面にそれぞれ取り付けられ、前記二つの面にそれぞれ対応する形状を有する板状の本体と、前記二つの面にそれぞれ隣接する前記ベアセルの複数の面を一部を囲むように前記本体から一体に延長される側部とを含むサブケースとを含み、
前記サブケースは、前記メインケースの一端及び他端にそれぞれ一体に形成され、
前記サブケースの本体は前記メインケースの側部と繋がれて繋ぎ部を構成し、該繋ぎ部では前記サブケースの前記側部の少なくとも一部が切り欠かれる
ことを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記メインケースは、前記ベアセルの幅が狭い面のうち長さが長い面に取り付けられ、
前記それぞれのサブケースは、前記ベアセルの幅が狭い面のうち長さが短い面に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記繋ぎ部では、前記サブケースの前記側部の全部が切り欠かれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記繋ぎ部では、前記サブケースの前記側部の切り欠きに連続して、前記サブケースの前記本体の一部がさらに切り欠かれることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記繋ぎ部では、前記サブケースの前記側部の切り欠きとは別に、前記サブケースの前記本体の一部がさらに切り欠かれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記繋ぎ部では、前記サブケースの前記本体が、前記繋ぎ部の中央部よりも両端部において大きく切り欠かれることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記繋ぎ部の厚さは、
前記メインケース及び前記サブケースのうち薄い方の厚さと同じであるか、または、薄く形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記繋ぎ部の厚さは、
前記メインケースまたは前記サブケースの厚さに対して2/3以下の厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の二次電池。 - 前記繋ぎ部は、断面がL字状に折り曲げられた形状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記繋ぎ部の前記折り曲げられて形成された領域において、前記ベアセルと対向する側の面である内側面と、前記内側面の反対側の面である外側面とが曲面に形成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の二次電池。
- 前記繋ぎ部の前記折り曲げられて形成された領域において、前記ベアセルと対向する側の面である内側面と、前記内側面の反対側の面である外側面のうちのいずれか一面が曲面に形成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の二次電池。
- 前記繋ぎ部の前記折り曲げられて形成された領域において、前記ベアセルと対向する側の面である内側面と、前記内側面の反対側の面である外側面のうちのいずれか一面が平面に形成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ベアセルと前記回路部との間には、絶縁部材がさらに介在されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ベアセルの外表面には、ラベルが取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ベアセルの外表面にはラベルが取り付けられ、
前記ラベルは、
前記メインケースと前記サブケースを一体に繋ぐ前記繋ぎ部を覆うように、前記ベアセルの外表面に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記ベアセルの外表面にはラベルが取り付けられ、
