Description
粒状触媒により充填され、高さの一部より上で殻壁の断面とほぼ同じ断面(水平面)を有する上部反応帯域Za(3a)を含み、この帯域は、狭小帯域を介して反応帯域Zb(3b)に直接的に接続され、この反応帯域Zb(3b)は、同じく粒状触媒が充填され、高さの一部より上で殻壁の断面とほぼ同じ断面を有するとともに上部反応帯域Zaの真下に配置され、上記反応帯域ZaおよびZbは、反応流出物の通路と、帯域Zaから前記狭小帯域を介して帯域Zbに至る触媒通路とにより直接的に接続された二つの連続する反応帯域であり、帯域Zaは、その上部で、前記新しい触媒または再生触媒の供給手段(102)に直接または間接的に接続され、帯域Zbは、その下部で、前記消耗した触媒の排出手段(105)に直接または間接的に接続されており、該反応装置は、狭小帯域においてこの狭小帯域と反応装置の殻壁との間に配置された、帯域ZaおよびZb間を移動する反応流体を加熱または冷却する熱交換器(8)をさらに含む。
次に、再び図1を参照する。図示された反応装置では、触媒が、下に流れながら反応帯域全体を通過し、原料油(反応流体)が同様に、しかし触媒と逆向きに反応帯域全体を通過する。図示された反応帯域は、軸方向反応装置タイプである。しかしながら、反応流体が触媒と同じ向きに流れる構成、すなわち上から下に流れる構成もまた、完全に本発明の範囲で可能である。さらに、反応帯域は、放射状の反応装置タイプであってもよい。しかしながら、軸方向の反応装置構成が好ましい。

Claims (5)
- 実質的に垂直な軸に沿って細長い形状である反応装置であって、複数の垂直に積み重ねられた触媒反応帯域を同一殻壁内に含み、これらの帯域の各々において連続する反応流体の軸方向の移動に適合され、前記反応流体の導入手段(100)および排出手段(101)と、新しい触媒または再生触媒を反応装置の頂部に供給する手段(102)と、消耗した触媒を反応装置の下部から排出する手段(105)とを含む反応装置であって、
粒状触媒により充填され、高さの一部より上で殻壁の断面と実質的に同一の断面を有する上部反応帯域Za(3a)を含み、この帯域Za(3a)は狭小帯域を介して反応帯域Zb(3b)に直接的に接続され、この帯域Zb(3b)は同じく粒状触媒により充填され、高さの一部より上で殻壁の断面と実質的に同一の断面を有し、上部反応帯域Zaの真下に配置され、これらの反応帯域ZaおよびZbは、第一に、触媒を含まない中間帯域(22)を通じた反応流出物の通過を介して、および、第二に、触媒抜き出しチャンバ(5)、混合チャンバ(7)およびチャネル(2b)を通じた帯域Zaから帯域Zbへの触媒の通過を介して、直接的に接続された二つの連続する反応帯域であり、混合チャンバ(7)は、手段(103)により新しい触媒または再生触媒の一部を供給され、帯域Zaは、その上部で、前記新しい触媒または再生触媒の供給手段(102)に直接または間接的に接続され、帯域Zbは、その下部で、前記消耗した触媒の排出手段(105)に直接または間接的に接続されており、反応装置は、狭小帯域においてこの狭小帯域と反応装置の殻壁との間に配置された、帯域ZaおよびZb間を移動する反応流体を加熱または冷却する熱交換器(8)をさらに含む反応装置。 - 付加的な反応流体を供給するためのライン(106)をさらに含み、該流体は、分配ラック(10)を介して中間帯域(22)に分配される、請求項1に記載の反応装置。
- 請求項1に記載の反応装置を用いて2〜12個の炭素原子を有するオレフィン系原料油をオリゴマー化する方法であって、
反応流体は、ライン(100)を介して供給チャンバ(1)に供給され、触媒により充填された初期反応帯域Zb(3b)、次いで、触媒を含まない中間帯域(22)を通過し、触媒により充填された最終反応帯域Za(3a)に戻り、次いで、チャンバ(23)に入り、その後に、ライン(101)を介して排出される、方法。 - 圧力が0.1〜10MPa、温度が40〜600℃、時間当たりの空間速度HSVが0.01〜100h−1であり、触媒が各反応帯域内において1〜200cm/時の速度で移動する、請求項3に記載の2〜12個の炭素原子を有するオレフィン系原料油をオリゴマー化する方法。
- 各反応帯域内の温度変化を2〜50℃の1以上の値に制限するように操作条件すなわち温度、圧力、HSVが選択される、請求項3に記載の2〜12個の炭素原子を有するオレフィン系原料油をオリゴマー化する方法。
