Claims (18)
- 第1の端部、第2の端部、前記第1の端部と前記第2の端部との間に延びる側壁、及び前記第1の端部全体にわたって延びる端壁を有する容器と、
前記容器内に配置された正電極と、
前記容器内に配置された負電極と、
前記容器内に配置された水性アルカリ電解質と、
内部圧力が過剰になったときに該内部圧力を前記容器内から放出するように前記容器内に形成された圧力放出通気機構と、
前記容器の端壁上に溶接され、前記圧力放出通気機構全体にわたって延びるカバーと、を備え、
前記カバーが、少なくとも3つの溶接部を介して前記容器の端壁に溶接された周辺フランジを含み、前記少なくとも3つの溶接部が、2つの隣接する前記溶接部間の角度を120°よりも大きくするように非対称的に位置付けられている、
ことを特徴とする電気化学セル。 - 前記2つの隣接する溶接部間の角度が、160°から180°の範囲である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気化学セル。 - 前記溶接部が3つの溶接部からなる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気化学セル。 - 前記容器がスチール缶からなる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気化学セル。 - 前記圧力放出通気機構が、前記容器の端壁内に形成された薄厚溝を含む、

ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気化学セル。 - 前記容器が実質的に円筒形である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気化学セル。 - 圧力放出通気機構と、電気化学セル容器として使用するための溶接カバーとを有する金属缶であって、
側壁と、
開放端部と、
閉鎖端壁と、
前記閉鎖端壁内に形成された圧力放出通気機構と、
非対称的に位置付けられた3つの溶接部を介して前記圧力放出通気機構全体にわたり前記閉鎖端壁に溶接されたカバーと、
を備え、
2つの隣接する前記溶接部が120°を越えて角度的に分離されている、
ことを特徴とする金属缶。 - 前記2つの隣接する溶接部間の角度が、160°から180°の範囲である、
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の金属缶。 - 前記溶接部が3つの溶接部からなる、
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の金属缶。 - 前記容器がスチール缶からなる、
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の金属缶。 - 前記圧力放出通気機構が、前記容器の端壁内に形成された薄厚溝を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の金属缶。 - 前記カバーが更に、接触面と、該接触面及び周辺フランジ間の直立壁とを有する突出小塊を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の金属缶。 - 前記カバーが正接触端子を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の金属缶。 - 前記容器が実質的に円筒形である、
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の金属缶。 - 第1の端部、第2の端部、前記第1の端部と前記第2の端部との間に延びる側壁、及び前記第1の端部全体にわたって延びる端壁を有する容器と、
前記容器内に配置された正電極と、
前記容器内に配置された負電極と、
内部圧力が過剰になったときに該内部圧力を前記容器内から放出するように前記容器の端壁内に形成された圧力放出通気機構と、
前記容器の端壁上に溶接され、前記圧力放出通気機構全体にわたって延びるカバーと、を備え、
前記カバーが、正確に2つの非対称的に位置付けられた溶接部を介して前記容器の端壁に溶接された周辺フランジを含み、前記溶接部間の角度が180°ではない、
ことを特徴とする電気化学セル。
