Claims (12)
- 第1の端部(16)、第2の端部(14)、前記第1の端部(16)と前記第2の端部(14)との間に延びる側壁、及び前記第1の端部全体にわたって延びる平らな金属端壁(18)を有する容器(12)と、
前記容器(12)内に配置された正電極(20)と、
前記容器(12)内に配置された負電極(24)と、
前記容器(12)内に配置された水性アルカリ電解質と、
