Claims (10)
- 충·방전 기능을 하는 전극 조립체, 상기 전극 조립체를 내측에 수용하는 캔, 상기 캔의 개방 측을 밀봉하는 캡 플레이트가 구비된 캡 조립체를 포함하는 이차전지에 있어서,상기 캡 조립체의 캡 플레이트에 안전벤트가 형성되며,상기 안전벤트는, 일측의 제1 호형부와, 상기 제1 호형부와 이격되고 그 곡률이 상기 제1 호형부보다 작은 제2 호형부와, 상기 제1 호형부와 제2 호형부의 양단을 각각 연결하는 한 쌍의 연결부로 이루어지는 비대칭의 트랙 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 캡 플레이트는 마주하는 한 쌍의 장변과 단변을 갖는 형태이며, 상기 안전벤트와 인접하는 단변을 기준으로 상기 제1 호형부와 상기 단변 간의 거리가 상기 제2 호형부와 상기 단변 간의 거리보다 긴 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 캡 플레이트의 중앙에 전극단자가 설치되고, 상기 제1 호형부와 상기 전극단자와의 거리가 상기 제2 호형부와 상기 전극단자와의 거리보다 짧은 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 호형부 그리고 연결부는 모두 노치홈 형태로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 노치홈의 주연에 상기 캡 플레이트의 다른 면보다 축소된 두께를 갖는 단차부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 안전벤트의 두께는 24㎛~30㎛의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 안전벤트의 파단압은 22±3kgf/㎠의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 안전벤트는 상기 캡 플레이트의 장변 방향으로의 길이가 4.8mm 내지 5.2mm이고 단변 방향으로의 길이가 2.8mm 내지 3.2mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 캡 플레이트의 중앙에 전극단자가 설치되고, 상기 비대칭의 트랙 형태인 안전벤트가 상기 전극단자를 중심으로 어느 한쪽에 상기 캡 플레이트의 외각 방향으로 편중되게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
