Description
本発明は、バッテリユニットおよび対応する端子コネクタで構成されるシステムに関する。
図1は、システム1の構成要素の概略的な上面図である。この例では、2つのバッテリユニット2および2′は、並んで置かれ、2つの端子コネクタによって並列に相互接続されている。上記バッテリユニット2は直方体の基本的な形状を有し、その上面は端子領域3を形成する。その端子領域3は、長さがaの長手方向の端縁4と、幅がbの狭い端縁5とを有する。上記端子領域3上には、2つの端子6および7が設けられ、図1の例では、端子6は正極であり、端子7は負極である。長手方向の端縁4および隣接する狭い端縁5までの各端子6、7の距離はb/2に等しい。これは、両端子6、7の間の距離が、たとえば端子6および7に設けられたねじ山の軸を基準として、bであることを意味する。
このバッテリグループでは、各単一のバッテリユニット2はバッテリユニット2の各々の2倍の充電容量を有し、2倍の電流を供給する。
Claims (5)
- 複数のバッテリユニットで構成されるシステムであって、
各前記バッテリユニット(2)は、複数の基本電池を備え、
各前記バッテリユニット(2)は直方体の形状を有し、上面(24)が、2つの端子(6,7)を備える端子領域(3)を形成し、
前記上面(24)は、長さが(a)の長手方向の端縁(4)と、幅がbの側方端縁(5)とを有し、
長さaは、幅bの2倍に等しく、
長手方向の端縁(4)および隣接する前記側方端縁(5)までの各端子(6,7)の距離b/2は、幅bの半分に等しく、
隣接するバッテリユニット(2,2’)の端子(6,7)は、端部に2つの接続ポイント(16,17)を各々が備える電気的接合部(12)で構成される端子コネクタ(10)によって相互接続され、2つの接続ポイント(16,17)の距離は前記幅bに等しく、
端子(6,7)のうちの少なくとも1つは、対応する基本電池への電気的アクセス部(40,41)と直接整列するように位置決めされるのではなく、電気的アクセス部(40,41)に対して互いにずらして配置され、端子(6,7)のうちの少なくとも1つは、電気コネクタ(42,43)によって前記アクセス部に接続され、
前記バッテリユニット(2)は、重ね合わせられた2つのバッテリユニット(2,2’)の間に間隙(28)が設けられるように積み重ねられる形状を有し、
各前記バッテリユニット(2)の上面(24)は、重ね合わせられたバッテリユニット(2′)の下面(26)に位置する対応する部分(22)と協働するスペーサ要素(20)を備え、
前記スペーサ要素(20)は、前記上面(24)と前記下面(26)との間に前記間隙(28)を作成するように設けられ、前記間隙(28)は、前記端子コネクタ(10)をバッテリユニット(2)の上面に平行に配置可能な隙間を形成する、システム。 - 前記電気コネクタ(42,43)は、バッテリユニット(2)の監視および制御のために使用される情報を入手するように設けられたシャント(44)を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 2つの前記隣接するバッテリユニットが前記長手方向の端面の一つに沿って隣接している、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 2つの前記隣接するバッテリユニットが前記側方端面の一つに沿って隣接している、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 2つの前記隣接するバッテリユニットが前記長手方向の端面の一つに沿って隣接しており、それぞれが、その前記側方端面の一つに沿って、第3のバッテリユニットの一つの長手方向の端面と隣接している、請求項1に記載のシステム。
