Claims (2)
- 建物に装着される枠体と、枠体に画成された開口に配されていると共に当該開口を開閉する障子と、この障子が開口を開閉自在となるように、障子の上下方向における一方側の部位を枠体に対して回転自在に連結している連結手段と、開口閉鎖位置の近傍に位置する障子の当該開口閉鎖位置に向かう移動を減衰する減衰機構とを具備しており、減衰機構は、障子の前記部位に対して上下方向において異なる位置に存する他の部位及び当該他の部位に対して上下方向において異なる位置に存する枠体の部位の夫々に回転自在に連結されている回動自在な回動部材と、障子及び枠体のうちの一方に設けられていると共に回動部材の回動に伴う障子及び枠体のうちの一方に対する回動部材の揺動を案内する案内路と、回転体を有していると共に当該回転体の一方向の回転に基づいて開口閉鎖位置の近傍に位置する障子の当該開口閉鎖位置に向かう移動において生じる回動部材の障子及び枠体のうちの一方に対する揺動を減衰するための抵抗力を生じる一方向ダンパと、回転体に当接した状態における一方向ダンパに対する相対的な移動により当該回転体を一方向に回転させる当接部材と、一方向ダンパ及び当接部材のうちの一方を、当該一方向ダンパ及び当接部材のうちの一方を当該一方向ダンパ及び当接部材のうちの他方に対する初期位置に復帰させるように、弾性的に付勢する付勢部材と、開口閉鎖位置の近傍に位置する障子の当該開口閉鎖位置に向かう移動において回動部材の前記揺動を一方向ダンパ及び当接部材のうちの一方に伝達するべく、当該一方向ダンパ及び当接部材のうちの一方に離反自在に当接して回動部材に装着された伝達部材とを具備しており、一方向ダンパ及び当接部材のうちの一方は、回動部材の前記揺動に基づいて、一方向ダンパ及び当接部材の他方に対する前記相対的な移動を生じるようになっており、一方向ダンパは、回転体に対して隙間をもって配された固定体と、回転体と固定体との隙間に配された粘性体とを具備しており、回転体は、固定体に対する相対的な回転により粘性体を剪断するように固定体に隙間をもって配されている回転本体と、当接部材に対する移動により回転するように当該当接部材に当接する当接体と、開口閉鎖位置の近傍に位置する障子の当該開口閉鎖位置に向かう移動において生じる回動部材の障子及び枠体のうちの一方に対する揺動に基づく当接部材に対する移動による当接体の回転が回転本体に伝達される一方、当接体の逆回転が回転本体に伝達されないように、当接体と回転本体との間に介在されている一方向クラッチとを具備しており、一方向ダンパ及び当接部材のうちの一方は、当該一方向ダンパ及び当接部材のうちの他方に対する相対的な移動を生じるべく、開口閉鎖位置の近傍に位置する障子の当該開口閉鎖位置に向かう移動において障子及び枠体のうちの一方に対して揺動する回動部材の部位に伝達部材を介して当接するように、障子及び枠体のうちの一方に配設されており、回動部材は、開口閉鎖位置の近傍に位置する障子の当該開口閉鎖位置に向かう移動において枠体に対して案内路に案内されながら揺動するように配設されており、一方向ダンパは、前記案内路に沿って直動自在に枠体に装着されており、当接部材は、枠体に固着されており、付勢部材は、一方向ダンパを、当該一方向ダンパを当接部材に対する初期位置に復帰させるように、弾性的に付勢するようになっており、伝達部材は、開口閉鎖位置の近傍に位置する障子の当該開口閉鎖位置に向かう移動において枠体に対して揺動する回動部材の部位に装着されている窓開閉装置。
- 連結手段は、障子の上側の部位を枠体に対して回転自在に且つ昇降自在に連結しており、回動部材は、障子の上側の部位に対して下方に位置する他の部位に回転自在に連結されており、回動部材の枠体に対する回転軸心は、当該回動部材の障子に対する回転軸心に対して下方に配されている請求項1に記載の窓開閉装置。
