Description
本開示の水性分散液の実施形態に含まれる熱可塑性樹脂(A)は、それだけでは水に容易に分散することができない樹脂である。用語「樹脂」は、本明細書において用いる場合、合成ポリマーまたは化学的に改質された天然樹脂を含むと考えなければならない。

を用いて、(NMRによって測定される)エチレンのモル分率から計算することができ、この式中のαおよびβは、広い組成のランダムコポリマーの十分に特性付けされている多数の分取TREF画分および/または狭い組成を有する十分に特性付けされている多数のランダムエチレンコポリマーを用いる検量線の作成によって決定することができる2つの定数である。なお、αおよびβは計器によって変わることがある。さらに、その検量線を作成するために用いた分取TREF画分および/またはランダムコポリマーについての適切な分子量範囲およびコモノマータイプを用いて、対象となるポリマー組成で適切な検量線を作成する必要がある。わずかな分子量効果がある。同様の分子量範囲から検量線が得られたら、そのような効果は、本質的に無視してもよい。一部の実施形態において、ランダムエチレンコポリマーおよび/またはランダムコポリマーの分取TREF画分は、次の関係を満たす。

Claims (11)
- (a)エチレンホモポリマー、エチレン−アルファオレフィンコポリマーもしくはエチレン/α−オレフィンマルチブロック共重合体;プロピレンホモポリマー、プロピレン−アルファオレフィンコポリマーもしくはプロピレン/α−オレフィンマルチブロック共重合体;またはそれらの組合せを含む、熱可塑性樹脂と;
(b)少なくとも1つの安定剤と;
(c)少なくとも1つの難燃剤と;
(d)水と
を含む、水性分散液。 - 前記難燃剤が、無機塩、イントメッセント、ハロゲン化化合物、リン酸化合物、ホウ酸塩化合物、メラミン化合物、およびこれらの組み合わせから選択される少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の水性分散液。
- 前記少なくとも1つの難燃剤が、前記熱可塑性樹脂と前記少なくとも1つの安定剤と前記少なくとも1つの難燃剤の総重量の5から70%を構成する、請求項1または2に記載の水性分散液。
- 少なくとも1つの相変化材料をさらに含む、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の水性分散液。
- 請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の水性分散液から誘導される連続気泡難燃性フォーム。
- (a)エチレンホモポリマー、エチレン−アルファオレフィンコポリマーもしくはエチレン/α−オレフィンマルチブロック共重合体;プロピレンホモポリマー、プロピレン−アルファオレフィンコポリマーもしくはプロピレン/α−オレフィンマルチブロック共重合体;またはそれらの組合せを含む、熱可塑性樹脂と;
(b)少なくとも1つの難燃剤と

前記少なくとも1つの難燃剤が、前記熱可塑性樹脂と前記少なくとも1つの難燃剤の総重量の5から70パーセントを構成する、

(b)少なくとも1つの相変化材料と

前記少なくとも1つの相変化材料が、前記熱可塑性樹脂と前記少なくとも1つの相変化材料の総重量の5から70パーセントを構成する、
