Claims (10)
- 入力端子と、
前記入力端子に接続され、前記入力端子から入力された信号を逆位相の2つの信号に変換して出力するバランと、
前記バランに接続され、前記バランから入力された2つの信号を平衡出力信号として出力するフィルタと、を有し、
前記バランの出力インピーダンスは、前記フィルタの入力インピーダンスと等しく、前記フィルタの出力インピーダンスより大きいことを特徴とする弾性波デバイス。 - 前記フィルタは、2組のラダーフィルタから構成され、
前記2組のラダーフィルタのそれぞれは、直列腕に接続された複数の直列共振器と、並列腕に接続された複数の並列共振器とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の弾性波デバイス。 - 前記2組のラダーフィルタにおいて、
前記複数の並列共振器のうち最も入力側に配置された並列共振器は、各ラダーフィルタに共通の1つの並列共振器であり、且つ接地されておらず、
前記複数の並列共振器のうち他の並列共振器の一端同士が接続され、且つ接地されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の弾性波デバイス。 - 前記2組のラダーフィルタにおいて、
前記複数の並列共振器のうち最も入力側に配置された2つの並列共振器の一端同士が接続され、且つ接地されておらず、
前記複数の並列共振器のうち他の並列共振器の一端同士が接続され、且つ接地されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の弾性波デバイス。 - 前記複数の並列共振器の一端は全て接地されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の弾性波デバイス。
- 前記2組のラダーフィルタは、異なる回路構成であることを特徴とする請求項2〜5のいずれかに記載の弾性波デバイス。
- 前記複数の直列共振器及び前記複数の並列共振器の少なくとも一部は、表面弾性波共振器または薄膜弾性共振器であることを特徴とする請求項2〜6のいずれかに記載の弾性波デバイス。
- 前記フィルタは、DMSフィルタから構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の弾性波デバイス。
- 前記入力端子は共通端子であり、
前記弾性波デバイスは、前記共通端子に接続されたフィルタを含むデュプレクサであることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の弾性波デバイス。 - 前記バランは、IPDから構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の弾性波デバイス。
