Claims (4)
- 高低温状態の試験を行う試験装置の断熱壁面に開設された開口部内周縁に嵌合装着された外枠部と、該外枠部に開設された出入口内にヒンジを介して回動開閉可能に装着された内枠部と、前記外枠部の前記出入口内周面に装着された外枠側シール部と前記内枠部の外周面に装着された内枠側シール部を有するシール材部とを備え、前記内枠側シール部を前記外枠側シール部に当接密着させて閉じられる防熱用扉において、
前記外枠側シール部と前記内枠側シール部は、各々多層状態に配設してなる複数個のパッキン材で形成されてなり、該内枠側シール部を該外枠側シール部に当接密着させて閉じられた際、前記試験装置の内側と外側との間に前記パッキン材が少なくとも4層配設されるようにしたことを特徴とする防熱用扉。 - 上記外枠側シール部と上記内枠側シール部は、間に空気層を設けて互いに当接密着することを特徴とする請求項1記載の防熱用扉。
- 上記外枠部と上記内枠部は、それぞれ間に断熱用の離間部を設けて配設された内側部分と外側部分の2部材で形成してなることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の防熱用扉。
- 上記パッキン材は、耐寒、耐熱及び耐久性に優れた材料を使用してなることを特徴とする請求項1,2または3記載の防熱用扉。
