Description
Claims (7)
- 転炉及び取鍋精錬炉を経て、Crを0.5〜3.0質量%含有する含Cr低合金鋼を溶製するに際し、Cr含有合金鋼屑を予め入れ置きした取鍋内に転炉で精錬した溶鋼を出鋼するか、または、転炉から取鍋への出鋼時若しくは出鋼後の取鍋内にCr含有合金鋼屑を装入し、その後、溶鋼の加熱機能及び撹拌機能を有する取鍋精錬炉で、前記溶鋼を加熱して前記Cr含有合金鋼屑の溶け残りを溶解するための熱を確保して精錬することを特徴とする、含Cr低合金鋼の溶製方法。
- 前記含Cr低合金鋼のCr含有量は1.2〜3.0質量%であり、このCr含有量の内の1質量%未満に相当する量のCr含有合金鋼屑を予め転炉に装入して転炉で脱炭精錬することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の含Cr低合金鋼の溶製方法。
- 前記Cr含有合金鋼屑は、単重が50kg以上で4トン以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の含Cr低合金鋼の溶製方法。
- 前記Cr含有合金鋼屑は、ステンレス鋼鋳片のクロップ屑またはステンレス鋼鋼片のクロップ屑であることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項3の何れか1つに記載の含Cr低合金鋼の溶製方法。
- 前記Cr含有合金鋼屑は、予め入れ置きされた取鍋内で予熱されることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項4の何れか1つに記載の含Cr低合金鋼の溶製方法。
- 前記取鍋精錬炉の有する溶鋼の加熱機能は、アーク加熱方式であることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項5の何れか1つに記載の含Cr低合金鋼の溶製方法。
- 前記取鍋精錬炉の有する溶鋼の撹拌機能は、取鍋底部からのガス吹込みまたは取鍋内溶鋼中に浸漬したランスからのガス吹込みによることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項6の何れか1つに記載の含Cr低合金鋼の溶製方法。
