Description
Claims (8)
- シリンダヘッドと、開位置と閉位置との間を前記シリンダヘッドに対して相対移動可能なポペット弁と、第1のカム輪郭および第2のカム輪郭が形成されたカム軸とを含む種類の、内燃機関用の弁制御システムであって、前記弁制御システムは、前記第1のカム輪郭に係合する第1のカムフォロワ(15)を有する内側ロッカーアーム(13)と、前記第2のカム輪郭に係合する第2のカムフォロワ(23,25)を有する外側ロッカーアーム(17)とを含むロッカーアーム組立体(11)を有し、前記弁制御システムは、加圧流体源を形成するように作用可能な支点位置(P)を含む前記シリンダヘッドをさらに有し、前記内側ロッカーアーム(13)は、前記支点位置(P)にピボット運動可能に係合するようになっている支点面(33)を、前記内側ロッカーアームの長手方向における該内側ロッカーアームの一方の端部に向けて画定し、前記内側ロッカーアーム(13)は前記支点面(33)に隣接してピボット位置(27)を画定し、それによって、前記外側ロッカーアーム(17)は前記ピボット位置を中心として前記内側ロッカーアーム(13)に対してピボット運動し、前記内側ロッカーアーム(13)は、該内側ロッカーアームの長手方向における該内側ロッカーアームの他方の端部の方に、前記外側ロッカーアーム(17)の隣接する部分(53)によって画定されているラッチ面(52)に対してラッチ状態とラッチ解除状態との間を移動可能なラッチ部材(47)を含むラッチ組立体(37)を有し、ばね(49)が、前記ラッチ部材(47)を前記ラッチ状態と前記ラッチ解除状態のうちの一方の方に付勢し、前記ラッチ組立体(37)が、前記ラッチ部材(47)を前記ラッチ状態と前記ラッチ解除状態のうちの他方の方へ付勢するように作用可能な圧力チャンバ(51)を画定している、弁制御システムにおいて、
前記内側ロッカーアーム(13)は、流体の流通を可能にするように開口して前記支点面(33)に連通している第1の端部(57)を有する流路(55)を画定し、前記流路(55)の前記第1の端部(57)は、前記加圧流体源(P)から加圧された流体を受け取るように作用可能であり、
前記流路(55)は、流体の流通を可能にするように開口して前記ラッチ組立体(37)の前記圧力チャンバ(51)に連通している第2の端部(59)を有し、
前記内側ロッカーアーム(13)の前記他方の端部は、前記ポペット弁の弁棒先端部に係合するようになっている弁パッド(38)を形成しており、
前記ロッカーアーム組立体(11)は、前記内側ロッカーアーム(13)を前記外側ロッカーアーム(17)に対して付勢する付勢手段(31)を有する、ことを特徴とする弁制御システム。 - 前記付勢手段(31)は、前記ピボット位置(27)に動作可能に接続され、それによって前記弁制御システムの動作時に前記付勢手段(31)の慣性を低下させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の弁制御システム。
- 前記ピボット位置は、第1の開口部(29)を画定する前記内側ロッカーアーム(13)と、前記第1の開口部(29)に揃えられた第2の開口部を画定する前記外側ロッカーアーム(17)と、前記第1の開口部と前記第2の開口部の両方の内部に受け入れられるピボット部材(27)とからなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の弁制御システム。
- 前記ロッカーアーム組立体(11)は、前記内側ロッカーアーム(13)を前記外側ロッカーアーム(17)に対して付勢する手段(31)を有し、前記付勢手段(31)は、前記ピボット部材(27)に動作可能に接続され、前記内側ロッカーアーム(13)に係合する第1の部分と前記外側ロッカーアーム(17)に係合する第2の部分とを含むねじりばね組立体(31)を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の弁制御システム。
- 前記内側ロッカーアーム(13)は、前記第1のカムフォロワ(15)によって形成された軸(a)に垂直な軸(A)を形成し、前記流路は、前記内側ロッカーアーム(13)の前記軸(A)に概ね平行に向けられた主通路部(55)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の弁制御システム。
- 前記ピボット位置は、前記第1のカムフォロワ(15)の前記軸(a)に概ね平行に向けられた軸(a2)を画定する円柱状開口部(29)を画定する前記内側ロッカーアーム(13)からなり、前記流路(55)の前記第1の端部(57)は、前記主通路部(55)と前記円柱状開口部(29)とを連通させる傾斜した通路(57)を含み、前記流路の前記第1の端部(57)は、前記円柱状開口部(29)に配置された円柱状ピボット部材(27)によって閉じられていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の弁制御システム。
- 前記ラッチ組立体(37)の前記ラッチ部材(47)は、前記ラッチ部材(47)が前記ラッチ状態と前記ラッチ解除状態との間を移動するときに、前記内側ロッカーアーム(13)の前記軸(A)に沿って移動するように配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の弁制御システム。
- 前記流路の前記第2の端部(59)は傾斜した通路(59)を有し、前記ラッチ組立体(37)は、前記内側ロッカーアーム(13)の前記軸(A)を中心として同心であり、かつ前記ラッチ部材(47)をスライド可能に中に受け入れる穴(35)を有し、前記傾斜した通路(59)は前記穴(35)と交差し、前記流路(55)の前記第2の端部(59)は前記ラッチ部材と交差することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の弁制御システム。
