ダウンロードリンク(144)を前記移動通信装置(112)とダウンロードサーバ(146)のあいだで確立し、
通信ソフトウェアパッケージを、前記ダウンロードサーバ(146)に記憶されている、移動通信装置(112)と携帯医療機器(114)のあいだのデータ転送を制御するための複数の通信ソフトウェアパッケージから、移動通信装置(112)の種類と携帯医療機器(114)の種類にしたがって選択し、
前記通信ソフトウェアパッケージを前記ダウンロードサーバ(146)から前記移動通信装置(112)にダウンロードし、
前記通信ソフトウェアパッケージを前記移動通信装置(112)上にインストールする
工程を含み、前記移動通信装置(112)が、携帯電話(112)、パーソナルデジタルアシスタント(PDA)またはハンドヘルドコンピュータのうちの少なくとも1つを備え、
前記工程が、
少なくとも1つの第1の医療情報を、データ伝送によって前記携帯医療機器(114)と移動通信装置(112)との間で交換する工程と、
少なくとも1つの評価アルゴリズムを、前記移動通信装置(112)によって、前記少なくとも1つの第1の医療情報に適用する工程と、
アップロードリンク(148)を前記移動通信装置(112)と医療ケアサーバ(150)のあいだに確立し、
少なくとも1つの第2の医療情報を前記移動通信装置(112)と前記医療ケアサーバ(150)のあいだで交換する工程と、
前記医療ケアサーバ(150)が、少なくとも1つの評価アルゴリズムを前記第2の医療情報に適用する工程を含み、
前記少なくとも1つの第2の医療情報が、前記第1の医療情報から抽出されてなることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第2の医療情報が、前記第1の医療情報から選択され、
前記第2の医療情報が、ユーザ識別番号の追加データを含む、および/または
前記第2の医療情報が、医療ケアサーバ(150)から移動通信装置(112)への、患者が自身の医師に相談すべきことを示す情報、または重大な病状が発生したことを示す情報を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記方法が、前記少なくとも1つの第1の医療情報が前記移動通信装置(112)のデータベースに記憶される工程をさらに含む請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記ダウンロードリンク(144)が無線接続(140)を備える請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記移動通信装置(112)と前記携帯医療機器(114)のあいだの前記データ転送が無線データ転送を備える請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記移動通信装置(112)の種類が、前記ダウンロードサーバ(146)によって好ましくは自動的に検出され、前記複数の通信ソフトウェアパッケージからの選択がユーザに提供され、前記選択が前記移動通信装置(112)の種類に適した通信ソフトウェアパッケージを備える請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 電子メッセージが前記移動通信装置(112)に送信され、前記電子メッセージが前記ダウンロードサーバ(146)上のダウンロード位置を定めるダウンロードアドレスを備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記方法がさらに、少なくとも1つの医療ユーザ情報を、好ましくは、ディスプレイ(122)上に前記少なくとも1つの医療ユーザ情報を表示することによって、前記移動通信装置(112)によって患者にグラフィックでおよび/または音響により提示する工程を含む請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 携帯医療機器(114)と移動通信装置(112)を使用して医療データを監視するための方法であって、
前記方法が、
ダウンロードリンク(144)を前記移動通信装置(112)とダウンロードサーバ(146)のあいだに確立し、
少なくとも1つの第1の医療情報を、データ伝送によって前記携帯医療機器(114)と移動通信装置(112)との間で交換する工程、
アップロードリンク(148)を前記移動通信装置(112)と医療ケアサーバ(150)のあいだに確立し、
少なくとも1つの第2の医療情報を前記移動通信装置(112)と前記医療ケアサーバ(150)のあいだで交換する工程と、
前記医療ケアサーバ(150)が、少なくとも1つの評価アルゴリズムを前記第2の医療情報に適用する工程を含み、
前記少なくとも1つの第2の医療情報が、前記第1の医療情報から抽出され、
アップロード通信ソフトウェアパッケージを、前記移動通信装置(112)から医療ケアサーバ(150)に少なくとも1つの第3の利用情報をアップロードするための複数のアップロード通信ソフトウェアパッケージから選択し、前記医療ケアサーバ(150)およびダウンロードサーバ(146)が別々のサーバであり、前記選択が前記移動通信装置(112)の種類にしたがって、
前記アップロード通信ソフトウェアパッケージを前記移動通信装置(112)にダウンロードし、
前記アップロード通信ソフトウェアパッケージを前記移動通信装置(112)にインストールする工程を含む方法。 - 前記第2の医療情報が、前記第1の医療情報から選択され、
前記第2の医療情報が、ユーザ識別番号の追加データを含む、および/または
前記第2の医療情報が、医療ケアサーバ(150)から移動通信装置(112)への、患者が自身の医師に相談すべきことを示す情報、または重大な病状が発生したことを示す情報を含むことを特徴とする請求項9記載の方法。 - 前記方法がさらに、前記少なくとも1つの第3の医療情報を前記医療ケアサーバ(150)にアップロードする工程を含む請求項9または10記載の方法。
