Description
Claims (14)
- 2つの工具部材を有しており、そのうち第1工具部材(3)が、第2工具部材を差し込むことができる1つの差込口(7)を有しており、さらに前記両工具部材を互いに締着する1つのクランプ装置を有している、接続具において、
前記両工具部材(3、5)を、前記クランプ装置に関係なく、はめ合わされた状態にばらけないように保持する1つの保持装置(25)が設けられており、
前記保持装置(25)は少なくとも1つのロック要素(27)を有しており、これが、前記両工具部材のいずれか一方(3)内に変位可能に支承されるとともに、前記両工具部材(3、5)がはめ合わされている場合は、ロック位置である作動位置において、他方の工具部材(5)内にはまり込み、それによって前記両工具部材(3、5)がばらけないように保持されるものであり、
前記保持装置(25)が1つの作動要素(31)を有しており、これが、前記両工具部材のいずれか一方内に変位可能に支承される、接続具であって、
前記作動要素(31)は前記ロック要素(27)と協働して該ロック要素(27)に引張力および/または押付け力を加えるようになっており、その際に前記作動要素(31)は該作動要素(31)に付勢可能なバイアス力によって第1の作動位置に変位可能であり、この位置にあるとき前記ロック要素(27)をそのロック位置に押しやるものであり、
前記ロック要素(27)が、前記接続具(1)の中心軸(11)に対して0°より大きく90°以下の角度で配置可能であり、
前記作動要素(31)が、前記接続具(1)の中心軸(11)に対して0°より大きく90°以下の角度で配置可能であり、
前記ロック要素(27)が少なくとも1つの作動面(77)を有しており、これが、前記ロック要素(27)の運動方向に対してある角度で配置されるとともに、前記作動要素と1つのカップリング装置(35a)を介して協働するものであり、
前記カップリング装置(35a)が少なくとも1つのボール(71)を有する接続具。 - 前記接続具(1)に配置された前記両工具部材(3、5)をはめ合わせる際に、前記保持装置(25)が自動的に起動されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の接続具。
- 前記作動要素(31)に引張力または押付け力が作用すると、前記ロック要素(27)がロック解除位置であるその第2の作動位置に変位され、この位置において、前記接続具(1)に配置された前記両工具部材(3、5)が切り離し可能になるように、前記ロック要素(27)および前記作動要素(31)が連結されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の接続具。
- 前記ロック要素(27)に、これをその第1の作動位置、特にロック位置に押しやるバイアス力を付勢可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の接続具。
- 前記バイアス力を発生する1つのばね要素(45a)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の接続具。
- 前記作動要素(31)が、少なくとも1つの作動面(73)を有しており、これが、前記作動要素(31)の運動方向に対してある角度で配置されるとともに、前記ロック要素(27)と1つのカップリング装置(35a)を介して協働することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の接続具。
- 前記保持装置(25)が少なくとも1つの調整要素を有しており、これが、前記ロック要素(27)および/または前記作動要素(31)用のストッパとして利用され、かつ/または、前記ロック要素(27)および/または前記作動要素(31)に作用する前記バイアス力の調整に利用されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の接続具。
- 前記ロック要素(27)が、他方の工具部材の穴、溝、またはその類として構成された1つの凹所(29)内にはまり込むことを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の接続具。
- 前記ロック要素(27)が1つの上り斜面(51)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の接続具。
- 前記ロック要素(27)および/または前記作動要素(31)の回転を防止することを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の接続具。
- 前記第1工具部材(3)の前記差込口が、前記第2工具部材(5)を少なくとも部分的に受け入れる1つの凹所(7)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の接続具。
- 前記凹所(7)が円筒形または円錐形であることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の接続具。
- 前記凹所が多角形であることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の接続具。
- 前記第2工具部材(5)の前記凹所(7)内に差し込み可能な領域がシャフト(9)として構成され、その外部輪郭形状が、前記第1工具部材(3)の前記凹所(7)の内部輪郭形状に対して相補的に構成されることを特徴とする、請求項11から13のいずれか一項に記載の接続具。
