Claims (12)
- 排気ライン(100)を通して導かれる排気を生じるように作動するエンジン(111)と、
燃料タンク(21)から導管(23)へ燃料をポンプ送りするとともに燃料を前記エンジン(111)へ供給するように作動する燃料ポンプ(22)と、
燃料を前記導管(23)から選択的に受け入れると共に前記燃料を排気システム燃料供給ライン(15)へ放出するように構成される流量調節バルブ(11,60,70,80)と、
前記導管(23)と前記流量調節バルブ(11,60,70,80)との間に設けられ、前記流量調節バルブ(11,60,70,80)に導入される燃料の圧力変動を改善するように機能する蓄圧装置(16)と、
前記蓄圧装置(16)と前記流量調節バルブ(11,60,70,80)との間に設けられる圧力センサ(18)と、
燃料を前記排気システム燃料供給ライン(15)から排気ライン(30,100)へ導入するように構成されるノズル(12,40,50)と、
前記排気システム燃料供給ライン(15)から圧力測定値を得るように構成される圧力測定値デバイス(13)と、
前記圧力測定値ならびに前記ノズル(12,40,50)を通過する流量、それと
i )前記排気システム燃料供給ライン(15)内の圧力および
ii )排気システム燃料供給ライン(15)の圧力と前記排気ライン(30,100)の圧力との差、の1つ
との間の予め決められた関係に基づき前記流量調節バルブ(11,60,70,80)を制御するように構成される制御装置(14,119)と、
を含むことを特徴とする動力発生システム(110)。 - 前記流量調節バルブ(11,60,70,80)は、パルス幅変調バルブ(60,70)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置(110)。
- 前記パルス幅変調バルブ(60,70)は、約50Hz以上の周波数で作動するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置(110)。
- 前記パルス幅変調バルブ(60,70)は、約10Hz以下の周波数で作動するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置(110)。
- 前記制御装置(14,119)は、前記流量調節バルブ(40,70)を制御するために、一連の前記圧力測定値が平均化あるいは積分された圧力あるいは流量を利用するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置(110)。
- 燃料を前記排気システム燃料供給ライン(15)から前記燃料タンク(21)へ戻すことを許容するバルブ(17)をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置(110)。
- 前記排気ライン(30,100)内に構成される燃料改質装置(115)あるいはディーゼル酸化触媒(116)をさらに含み、
前記ノズル(12,40,50)は、前記燃料を前記燃料改質装置(115)あるいは前記ディーゼル酸化触媒(116)の上流の前記排気ライン(30,100)の中へ注入するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置(110)。 - 前記排気ライン(30,100)内に構成される低濃度NOxトラップ(117)あるいはディーゼル微粒子フィルタ(116)をさらに含み、
前記制御装置(14,119)は、低濃度NOxトラップ(117)あるいはディーゼル微粒子フィルタ(116)を再生するために、前記ノズル(12,40,50)を通過する燃料流れを断続的に開始するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置(110)。 - 前記流量調節バルブ(11,60,70,80)は、比例流量制御バルブ(80)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置(110)。
- 前記ノズル(12,40,50)は、チェックバルブを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置(110)。
- 前記制御装置(14,119)は、排気システム燃料供給ライン圧力の周波数スペクトルを得ると共に排気ライン燃料注入装置の故障を確認するために前周波数スペクトルを解析するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の装置(110)。
- 前記排気ライン(30,100)内に構成されるディーゼル微粒子フィルタ(116)および前記排気ライン(30,100)の圧力の測定値を得るように構成される第2圧力測定デバイスをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置(110)。
