Description
本発明は、シアノアクリレート成分および硬化性(メタ)アクリレートマトリックス中に分散する3nmから1,000nmの範囲の粒径を有するコア−シェルゴム成分を含むシアノアクリレート組成物を提供する。
シアノアクリレート組成物は、1液型反応性接着剤として周知であり、迅速に結合し、様々な基体への応用に適している。H.V.Coover、D.W.DreifusおよびJ.T.O’Connorの「シアノアクリレート接着剤(Cyanoacrylate Adhesive)」(Handbook of Adhesives、27,463−77,I.Skeist,ed.,Van Nostrand Reinhold,New York,3rd ed.(1990))を参照されたし。また、G.H.Milletの「シアノアクリレート接着剤」(Structual Adhesives:Chemistry and Technology,S.R.Hartshorn,ed.,Plenum Press,New York,p.249−307(1986))を参照されたし。

配合物7:20%ナノコア−シェルゴム
Claims (6)
- シアノアクリレート成分、および
硬化性(メタ)アクリレートモノマーマトリックス中に分散され、3nmから1,000nmの範囲の粒径を有するコア−シェルゴム成分を含有し、
該硬化性(メタ)アクリレートモノマーマトリックスは、コア−シェルゴム成分/硬化性(メタ)アクリレートモノマーマトリックス既混合分散体を基礎として、20重量%から80重量%の範囲の量で存在しており、
該コア−シェルゴム成分/硬化性(メタ)アクリレートモノマーマトリックス既混合分散体は、15重量%から35重量%の範囲の量で該シアノアクリレート成分とともに存在する
ことを特徴とするシアノアクリレート組成物。 - 前記コア−シェルゴム成分/硬化性(メタ)アクリレートモノマーマトリックス既混合分散体は、20重量%から25重量%の範囲の量で前記シアノアクリレート成分とともに存在する、請求項1に記載のシアノアクリレート組成物。
- 前記シアノアクリレート組成物が、さらに、低級アルケンモノマーと(i)アクリル酸エステル、(ii)メタクリル酸エステルまたは(iii)ビニルアセテートとの弾性ポリマー;エチレン、メチルアクリレートおよびカルボン酸硬化サイトを有するモノマーの組合せから形成され、形成後には加工助剤および抗酸化剤を含まない反応生成物;エチレン、メチルアクリレートおよびカルボン酸硬化サイトを有するモノマーの組合せの反応生成物;エチレンおよびメチルアクリレートのジポリマー;ポリメチルメタクリレートおよびポリブチルアクリレート・セグメントから構成されるポリマー成分;ならびにこれらの組合せ、からなる群より選択される共強化材を含む、請求項1に記載のシアノアクリレート組成物。
- 前記シアノアクリレート組成物が、さらに、シクロデキストリン類、シラクラウン類、カリックスアレーン類およびクラウンエーテル類からなる群より選択される促進剤を含む、請求項1に記載のシアノアクリレート組成物。
- 前記コア−シェルゴムが分散されている前記(メタ)アクリレートモノマーが、ポリエチレングリコールジ(メタ)アクリレートである、請求項1に記載のシアノアクリレート組成物。
