Claims (17)
- それぞれ吐出要素を備えた複数の分割された吐出断面を有する吐出装置を備え、前記各吐出要素はそれぞれ独立して互いに吐出速度の制御可能であるサイロであって、該サイロは、前記各吐出断面を流れるサイロに充填された固体の固体質量フローを測定する複数のセンサーを有し、前記各吐出要素の吐出速度は前記各センサーがもたらす測定シグナルに依存して制御されることを特徴とし、サイロ内を固体が流動するように設計された多角形または円形の吐出断面をもつ固体用サイロ。
- 各分割断面での温度を測定するための装置をもつことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体用サイロ。
- 分割断面が、他と同一形状の断面であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の固体用サイロ。
- 連結して制御可能な複数の吐出要素をもつことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の固体用サイロ。
- 吐出要素がスクリュー、振動するコンベヤーまたはベルトであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の固体用サイロ。
- 吐出要素がセルホイールロックデバイスを有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の固体用サイロ。
- 吐出要素がスクリュー計量器、振動コンベヤー計量器またはベルト計量器であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の固体用サイロ。
- 吐出要素の吐出速度が周波数コンバータにより制御可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の固体用サイロ。
- 吐出要素の吐出速度が調節変速機により制御可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の固体用サイロ。
- 制御可能な吐出要素から排出される固体フローを集めるため、制御可能な吐出要素の下流に実質連続稼動するコンベヤー装置が接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の固体用サイロ。
- サイロ内を流動する最中に固体を加熱または冷却するための装置をもつことを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載の固体用サイロ。
- 導電性固体を電気抵抗加熱するための装置をもつことを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載の固体用サイロ。
- サイロ内を流動する最中に、液体、蒸気または気体の形態をした熱媒体によりサイロ内を流動する最中に固体を加熱する装置をもつことを特徴とする請求項1乃至12のいずれかに記載の固体用サイロ。
- サイロ内を流動する最中に固体を加熱するための電気的加熱手段をもつことを特徴とする請求項1乃至13のいずれかに記載の固体用サイロ。
- 複数の類似するセンサーが、サイロの断面上に分散配置され、様々な吐出分割断面の下流に結合された吐出要素と関連させて配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至14のいずれかに記載の固体用サイロ。
- 複数の類似するセンサーが、高さ方向に分布した区画内に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至15のいずれかに記載の固体用サイロ。
- 吐出要素の吐出開口部がサイロの中央下部に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至16のいずれかに記載の固体用サイロ。
