Abstract
PURPOSE: To eliminate the lag of control and to raise the raliability in continuously feeding a fixed quantity of fluid material from a plurality of reservoirs by controlling the quantity of fluid fed from both reservoirs to half of the fixed quantity before the switchover of reservoirs.
CONSTITUTION: When a fixed quantity of fluid material is fed out from one reservoir 10 of reservoirs 10, 12 and the quantity of residual fluid material in the reservoir 10 amounts to a predetermined level, a speed change positional switch 58 is operated so as to apply a speed change position signal for the reservoir 10 to an arithmetic unit 26 through a relay circuit 14. The arithmetic unit 26 is controlled to halves a set feeding quantity given from a setting device 28 for the feeding quantity in its built-in correction device, whereby a motor 40 decreases speed, and a motor 62 for the reservoir 12 is operated and accelerated. Then, the motor 40 stops when the reservoir 10 comes to nearly the lowest limit, and so the motor 62 is accelerated, including the material fed out from the reservoir 10 by its inertia.
