Description
先ず、表面フィルムとしてポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムを用意し、このポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムの他面にグラビア印刷によって印刷層を形成した。しかる後、ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムの他面に、二酸化チタン35重量%、バインダーとしてポリウレタン系樹脂10重量%及び溶剤55重量%からなる白色インキをグラビア印刷によって塗布し乾燥させて厚みが2μmの第一濃隠蔽基層を形成した。なお、第一濃隠蔽基層中における二酸化チタンの含有量は78重量%であった。

Claims (5)
- 食品用容器の開口部を閉止するための蓋材であって、基材フィルムの一面に、遮光層、第一隠蔽層、及び、表面フィルムがこの順序で積層一体化されていると共に、基材フィルムの他面に第二隠蔽層が積層一体化されており、上記第一隠蔽層は、白色着色剤を77〜80重量%含有する第一濃隠蔽基層と、白色着色剤を72〜76重量%含有する第一淡隠蔽基層とが交互に積層一体化されてなることを特徴とする蓋材。
- 第一隠蔽層は、三層の第一隠蔽基層が積層一体化されてなり、中央の第一隠蔽基層が第一淡隠蔽基層に、両側の第一隠蔽基層が第一濃隠蔽基層に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蓋材。
- 遮光層は、カーボンブラックを含有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蓋材。
- 表面フィルムの他面に印刷が施されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蓋材。
- 基材フィルム及び表面フィルムがポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蓋材。
