Description
可燃廃棄物と不燃廃棄物と廃プラスチックが混在する混合廃棄物を処理して可燃廃棄物と廃プラスチックを抽出する混合廃棄物処理ラインと、
高水分の有機廃棄物を乾燥処理して低水分の乾燥有機物を抽出する高水分廃棄物処理ラインと、
上記混合廃棄物処理ラインで抽出された可燃廃棄物及び廃プラスチックと、上記高水分廃棄物処理ラインで抽出された乾燥有機物とを用いて固形燃料を製造する固形燃料製造ラインを備え、
上記固形燃料製造ラインで製造された固形燃料の一部を、上記高水分廃棄物処理ラインの熱源の燃料に用いることを特徴としている。

Claims (7)
- 可燃廃棄物と不燃廃棄物と廃プラスチックが混在する混合廃棄物を処理して可燃廃棄物と廃プラスチックを抽出する混合廃棄物処理ラインと、
有機廃棄物を乾燥処理して乾燥有機物を抽出する高水分廃棄物処理ラインと、
上記混合廃棄物処理ラインで抽出された可燃廃棄物及び廃プラスチックと、上記高水分廃棄物処理ラインで抽出された乾燥有機物とを用いて固形燃料を製造する固形燃料製造ラインを備え、
上記固形燃料製造ラインで製造された固形燃料の一部を、上記高水分廃棄物処理ラインの熱源の燃料に用いると共に、
木質廃棄物を処理して木質屑を生成する木質廃棄物処理ラインを備え、この木質廃棄物処理ラインは、上記木質廃棄物を破砕した後、木屑と木質チップとを形成し、上記木屑を、上記高水分廃棄物処理ラインで処理される有機廃棄物に混合する一方、上記木質チップを、上記固形燃料製造ラインで製造する固形燃料の材料に用いると共に、上記高水分廃棄物処理ラインの熱源の燃料に用いることを特徴とする都市型廃棄物の資源化処理システム。 - 請求項1に記載の都市型廃棄物の資源化処理システムにおいて、
上記高水分廃棄物処理ラインは、乾燥有機物を抽出して肥料を生成することを特徴とする都市型廃棄物の資源化処理システム。 - 請求項1に記載の都市型廃棄物の資源化処理システムにおいて、
上記高水分廃棄物処理ラインは、有機汚泥を処理することを特徴とする都市型廃棄物の資源化処理システム。 - 請求項1に記載の都市型廃棄物の資源化処理システムにおいて、
上記混合廃棄物処理ラインは、比重型分別機と、遠心型洗浄乾燥選別機と、塩化ビニル分別機を有することを特徴とする都市型廃棄物の資源化処理システム。 - 請求項1に記載の都市型廃棄物の資源化処理システムにおいて、
上記高水分廃棄物処理ラインは、減圧乾燥機を備えることを特徴とする都市型廃棄物の資源化処理システム。 - 請求項5に記載の都市型廃棄物の資源化処理システムにおいて、
上記減圧乾燥機は、熱媒体が内部に流通して回転駆動されるコイル型の攪拌部材を有することを特徴とする都市型廃棄物の資源化処理システム。 - 請求項5に記載の都市型廃棄物の資源化処理システムにおいて、
上記減圧乾燥機は、被処理物からの蒸気を冷熱媒体によって凝縮する凝縮部と、この凝縮部で凝縮された凝縮水を減圧乾燥機内の空気と共に吸引し、吸引した凝縮水及び空気を上記冷熱媒体と混合して冷却と脱臭を行う冷却脱臭装置とを有することを特徴とする都市型廃棄物の資源化処理システム。
