Claims (7)
- a) 수집, 배출 및 분리가 불가능한 플라스틱 더스트(Dust)를 반응기에 투입하고, 150 내지 250 ℃의 고온증기, 20 내지 25기압, 30 rpm 교반 조건 하에서 반죽 및 분산하는 단계;
b) 상기 a 단계를 통해 얻은 플라스틱 더스트(Dust)를 상온으로 냉각한 후, 상기 플라스틱 더스트에 아스펙트(aspect) 비가 50 내지 500인, 목질 후레이크, 대나무질 후레이크 및 펄프 분말로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 섬유상 분말을 상기 플라스틱 더스트 100 중량부에 10 내지 50 중량부로 혼합 및 반죽하고 분쇄하여 0.5 내지 3 ㎜ 입경의 분말로 분말화하는 단계; 및
c) 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리스티렌, 폴리염화비닐, 아크릴로나이트릴, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 및 폴리카보네이트로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 기사용된 플라스틱 미세분말 또는 후레이크를 분쇄, 세척, 건조 및 압출 가공하여 제조한 재활용 플라스틱인, 재활용 플라스틱 원료 100 중량부에 상기 b 단계에서 얻은 플라스틱 더스트 분말을 30 중량부를 혼합 및 반죽한 후, 5 내지 20 ㎜의 펠릿(pellet) 형태로 2축 압출기를 이용하여 압출 성형하는 단계; 를 포함하는, 재생 플라스틱 제조방법으로서,
상기 재생 플라스틱은 플라스틱 더스트(Dust), 섬유상 분말 및 재활용 플라스틱 원료의 용융 혼합 간 상호 메쉬(mesh) 구조를 형성하는, 재생 플라스틱 제조방법.
