Claims (5)
- 収納液の減少に伴い上昇する可動底壁(4)により下端を閉塞した収納室(R)と、収納室(R)上に設けるとともに、収納室(R)内と吸込み弁(A)を介して連通させたシリンダ(10)と、シリンダ(10)内を摺動するピストン(20)と連繋させたステム(21)の上端に吐出ヘッド(22)を嵌着して上方付勢状態で押し下げ可能に設けた作動部材(11)とを備え、作動部材(11)を上下動させることによりシリンダ(10)内の液を吐出ヘッド(22)の吐出口(34)より吐出する如く構成したポンプ容器であって、前記吸込み弁(A)として、周方向複数の弾性連結片(15)により周囲を上下動可能に支持されるとともに、弁孔を閉塞した弁板(14)を備え、且つ、弁板(14)上方に弁板(14)の上昇幅を規制する上昇幅規制手段を備えた逆止弁を設け、前記上昇幅規制手段を、弁板(14)上方所定位置に横設するとともに、弁板14上面に交差部分が当接係止する複数の横桟(16)として構成したことを特徴とするポンプ容器。
- 前記複数の横桟(16)が、井型に配置された複数の横桟である請求項1記載のポンプ容器。
- 収納液の減少に伴い上昇する可動底壁(4)により下端を閉塞した収納室(R)と、収納室(R)上に設けるとともに、収納室(R)内と吸込み弁(A)を介して連通させたシリンダ(10)と、シリンダ(10)内を摺動するピストン(20)と連繋させたステム(21)の上端に吐出ヘッド(22)を嵌着して上方付勢状態で押し下げ可能に設けた作動部材(11)とを備え、作動部材(11)を上下動させることによりシリンダ(10)内の液を吐出ヘッド(22)の吐出口(34)より吐出する如く構成したポンプ容器であって、前記吸込み弁(A)として、周方向複数の弾性連結片(15)により周囲を上下動可能に支持されるとともに、弁孔を閉塞した弁板(14)を備え、且つ、弁板(14)上方に弁板(14)の上昇幅を規制する上昇幅規制手段を備えた逆止弁を設け、前記上昇幅規制手段を、弁板(14)上方所定位置に横設した横桟(16)の下面に垂設した単数又は複数の係止突部(40)として構成したことを特徴とするポンプ容器
- 前記横桟(16)をシリンダ(10)中央部を横断して横設し、前記係止突部(40)を横桟(16)中央部に垂設した請求項3記載のポンプ容器。
- 前記各弾性連結片(15)が、弁板(14)外面所定位置より外方へ延びた後弁板(14)周面に沿って延び、しかる後外方へ延びる形態をなす請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載のポンプ容器。
