Claims (3)
- 電解質膜の両側に一対の電極を設けた電解質膜・電極構造体とセパレータとが積層される燃料電池を備え、複数の前記燃料電池が積層された積層体の積層方向両端には、一対のエンドプレートが配設されるとともに、前記一対のエンドプレートは、締結部材により互いの離間距離を保持して一体に固定される燃料電池スタックであって、
一方のエンドプレートと前記積層体との間には、複数の荷重センサが連結部材に一体に連結された荷重測定機構が配設されるとともに、
前記一方のエンドプレートには、前記荷重測定機構を前記積層体に向かって押圧することにより、前記複数の荷重センサを介して前記積層体に締結荷重を付与するための加圧機構が設けられ、
前記加圧機構は、前記一方のエンドプレートに設けられるねじ孔にねじ込まれる複数の荷重調整ボルトを備え、
前記荷重調整ボルトは、前記連結部材に対して前記荷重センサの近傍の位置に配置されるとともに、その中心と、前記荷重センサの中心とが互いに位置ずれしていることを特徴とする燃料電池スタック。 - 請求項1記載の燃料電池スタックにおいて、前記連結部材は枠形状をなすことを特徴とする燃料電池スタック。
- 請求項1又は2記載の燃料電池スタックにおいて、前記荷重調整ボルトは、前記連結部材の、前記荷重センサよりも外方の部位を加圧することを特徴とする燃料電池スタック。
