図2A及び図2Bの好ましい実施例に示すように、截骨術釘20の本体部分220には、少なくとも二つのねじボア221(上ねじボア221a及び下ねじボア221b)と、整合穴222と、少なくとも二つの平らな表面223とが設けられている。図2Bに示すように、ねじボア221は、好ましくは、截骨術釘20の長さ方向軸線(y)に対して斜めに互いに逆の角度で配置されている。これらのねじボア221は、長さ方向軸線(y)から約30°乃至60°の逆の角度で配置されているのが好ましい。図1B及び図1Cに示すように、ねじボア221は、好ましくは、同じ平面P1上に配置されている。しかしながら、ねじボアは、截骨術釘20の長さ方向軸線(y)から延びる、角度的に離間された別々の平面上に配置されていてもよい。例えば図1D及び図1Eに示すように、ねじボアは、0°乃至90°の所定の角度Aだけ離間された別々平面P1、P2上に配置されていてもよい。

Claims (6)
- 肘頭截骨術釘システムにおいて、
本体部分およびヘッド部分を含む釘を含み、前記本体部分は、長さ方向軸線を持ち、該長さ方向軸線に沿って間隔が隔てられた、前記長さ方向軸線に対して斜めに逆の角度で配置された少なくとも二つのねじボアが設けられており、前記ヘッド部分は、前記本体部分の近位側に配置されており、前記釘を釘キャップに固定するための釘ファスニング構造を有し、
前記釘キャップは遠位部分及び近位部分を有し、前記遠位部分は、前記釘キャップを前記釘の前記へッド部分に固定できるように前記釘ファスニング構造と係合し、圧縮を提供するキャップファスニング構造を有し、
前記釘ファスニング構造が前記キャップファスニング構造と係合した状態から外れないようにするための固定機構をさらに含み、
前記固定機構は、釘キャップと釘との間に摩擦力を生じさせるように部分的に切除され、片持ち梁状にされた前記釘キャップの前記遠位部分のセグメントを含む、釘システム。 - 請求項1に記載の釘システムにおいて、
前記釘は、更に、前記本体部分内に少なくとも部分的に延びる整合穴を含み、前記整合穴は、前記本体部分の長さ方向軸線に対して全体に横方向に延びる中央軸線を有する、釘システム。 - 請求項1に記載の釘システムにおいて、
前記ねじボアは、前記長さ方向軸線に対して斜めに、前記長さ方向軸線から30°乃至60°の逆の角度で配置されている、釘システム。 - 請求項1に記載の釘システムにおいて、
前記ねじボアは、前記長さ方向軸線に沿って単一の平面上に配置されている、釘システム。 - 請求項1に記載の釘システムにおいて、
前記ねじボアの各々は、前記長さ方向軸線を中心として互いに角度的に離間された別々の平面上に配置されている、釘システム。 - 請求項5に記載の釘システムにおいて、
前記個々の平面は、最大180°まで角度的に離間されている、釘システム。
