Claims (10)
- 基板、該基板の表面の一連の導電領域、複数の導体、および複数の出力部を含み、導電領域が前記出力部に導体によって接続された電界検出用センサ製品ウェブにおいて、

前記基板はフレキシブル基板であり、
該センサ製品は、該センサ製品ウェブの長手方向に配置された連続する複数の前記導電領域を有する連続ウェブを所望の箇所で切断して、切断箇所ごとに前記出力部を形成することによって作られることを特徴とする電界検出用センサ製品ウェブ。 - 請求項1に記載のセンサ製品ウェブにおいて、ビア穴が前記基板を通って伸び、前記導電領域を前記出力部へ前記導体によって前記基板の裏面上で接続する導電路を形成することを特徴とするセンサ製品ウェブ。
- 請求項2に記載のセンサ製品ウェブにおいて、前記導電路は導電性インクにて形成されていることを特徴とするセンサ製品ウェブ。
- 請求項1に記載のセンサ製品ウェブにおいて、前記誘電体層が前記導体の頂部に設けられ、前記導電層が該誘電体層の頂部に前記基板の前記導電領域と同じ面に設けられ、該誘電体層は、該導電領域と接触する前記導体で不連続であることを特徴とするセンサ製品ウェブ。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のセンサ製品ウェブにおいて、前記導電領域は、印刷された層または被覆された層を含むことを特徴とするセンサ製品ウェブ。
- 請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載のセンサ製品ウェブにおいて、前記導電領域は、プラスチック層または繊維層を含むことを特徴とするセンサ製品ウェブ。
- 請求項5または6に記載のセンサ製品ウェブにおいて、前記導電領域は、導電性カーボンまたは導電性ポリマを含むことを特徴とするセンサ製品ウェブ。
- 請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載のセンサ製品ウェブにおいて、前記基板は、プラスチック材料、紙、またはボードからなるフィルムであることを特徴とするセンサ製品ウェブ。
- 請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載のセンサ製品ウェブにおいて、前記導電領域および前記導体は、金属、導電性カーボン、または導電性ポリマからなることを特徴とするセンサ製品ウェブ。
- 請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載のセンサ製品ウェブにおいて、該センサ製品は、プラスチック材料薄膜、紙薄膜、もしくはボード薄膜、または誘電性被覆からなる最上層を含むことを特徴とするセンサ製品ウェブ。
