前制御レバーが変位されて減圧弁79が調節されると、前制御管路82には前制御圧が形成される。5バールの前制御圧にまで、さしあたり何も起こらない。その後に、制御された主制御弁の制御スプールの運動が開始される。小さな初期行程の後に、相応する調量オリフィスが徐々に開放されてゆく。制御管路86内の圧力、ひいては圧力制限弁50の圧力チャンバ74内に生ぜしめられる圧力は、前制御圧よりも少しだけ小さく、つまり流れ調整器92を介して流れる圧力媒体量がノズル84において生ぜしめる圧力差分だけ小さい。この圧力差は、たとえば0.5バールであってよい。したがって、負荷報知管路の端区分26a内の圧力は5.5バールの前制御圧にまで50バールに制限されていて、前制御圧の増大と共に増大する。前制御圧がたとえば15バールであると、制御管路86内の圧力は14.5バールであり、負荷報知管路の端区分26a内の圧力は145バールに制限されている。

- 移動式の作業機械に設けられたハイドロリック式の消費器に圧力媒体を供給するポンプ(10)を制御するためのハイドロリック式の制御装置であって、
負荷報知管路(26)が設けられており、該負荷報知管路(26)が、それぞれ1つの主制御弁(38,57)を介して同時に制御された複数のハイドロリック式の消費器の最高の負荷圧で負荷可能であり、
負荷報知管路(26)の端区分(26a)がポンプ調整器(25)に接続可能であり、該ポンプ調整器(25)は、該ポンプ調整器(25)に報知された圧力を、規定の圧力差分だけ上回るポンプ圧が維持されるように、その都度、前記ポンプ(10)の行程容積を調節し、
圧力制限弁(50)が設けられており、該圧力制限弁(50)によって負荷報知管路(26)の端区分(26a)内の制御圧が制限可能である形式のものにおいて、
圧力制限弁(50)が、主制御弁(38,57)の制御のために働く前制御圧に関連して調節可能であり、
前制御圧が、調節可能な前制御弁(79)によって供給圧から発生させられかつ主制御弁(38,57)の前制御管路(82)内に生ぜしめられ、任意に操作可能な方向切換弁(87)の切換位置に関連して、圧力制限弁(50)の圧力チャンバ(74)が、前制御圧または供給圧で負荷可能であることを特徴とする、ハイドロリック式の制御装置。 - 圧力制限弁(50)が、複数の前制御圧に関連して調節可能であり、複数の前制御圧が生ぜしめられた際に、圧力制限弁(50)が、最大の前制御圧に関連して調節可能である、請求項1記載のハイドロリック式の制御装置。
- 圧力制限弁(50)が、1つの前制御圧に関連して、最大の調節値よりも下にある調節値にまでしか調節可能でない、請求項1または2記載のハイドロリック式の制御装置。
- 圧力制限弁(50)が、主制御弁(38,57)のための、ちょうど生ぜしめられた目下の前制御圧とは無関係に、その最大の調節値に調節可能である、請求項1、2または3記載のハイドロリック式の制御装置。

- 第2の圧力制限弁(88)が設けられており、該第2の圧力制限弁(88)によって第1の圧力制限弁(50)の圧力チャンバ(74)内の圧力が制限可能であり、該第2の圧力制限弁(88)が、最大の前制御圧よりも下にある限界圧に調節されており、第1の圧力制限弁(50)の圧力チャンバ(74)が前制御圧で負荷可能である場合に、第2の圧力制限弁(88)が有効に切換可能である、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のハイドロリック式の制御装置。
- 第2の圧力制限弁(88)が、マニュアル式に調節可能である、請求項8記載のハイドロリック式の制御装置。
- 方向切換弁(87)が、第1の切換位置と第2の切換位置とを有しており、第1の切換位置で第2の圧力制限弁(88)が第1の圧力制限弁(50)の圧力チャンバ(74)に接続されていて、かつ該圧力チャンバ(74)が供給圧から分離されており、第2の切換位置で第2の圧力制限弁(88)が第1の圧力制限弁(50)の圧力チャンバ(74)から分離されていて、かつ該圧力チャンバ(74)が供給圧で負荷可能である、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のハイドロリック式の制御装置。
