Description
前記構成では、固定片や固定片が設けられる積層支持層等のない等の軽量で取り扱い容易な遮水シートを用いることができるので、固定体と遮水シートの固定箇所における引張荷重を小さくすることが可能であり、長大な遮水シートを敷設することができる。更に、長大な斜面に段部を形成せずに長大な遮水シートを敷設できることから、施工コストを低減することができる。また、敷設面の広さ、遮水シートの幅や長さに関わらず、遮水シートの任意の位置で固定可能であり、廃棄物処分場の地形に沿って遮水シートを確実に固定することができる。また、遮水シートに穴を開けたり傷を付けたりせずに固定することが可能である。
また、本発明による廃棄物処分場の遮水設備の施工方法は、廃棄物処分場の斜面の天端部に形成した係止溝内に保護マットと遮水シートの上端部を埋め込んで固定する工程と、電磁誘導により発熱する金属製メッシュからなる発熱体と該発熱体を被覆する熱可塑性樹脂が設けられた溶着部を表面側に有する固定体を前記斜面に間隔を開けて複数設ける工程と、前記上端部が係止溝に埋め込まれた保護マットと遮水シートを斜面に沿って上から下に広げるようにして前記複数の固定体上に敷設する工程と、前記遮水シートと前記固定体とが重なり合う部分における前記遮水シートの上に誘導加熱装置を配置し、前記誘導加熱装置で前記発熱体を発熱させて前記遮水シートと前記固定体の前記溶着部とを保護マットを介して間接的に溶着する工程と、を備えることを特徴とする。

前記構成では、確実な固定が必要とされる廃棄物処分場の遮水シートの固定について、溶着作業時に固定体と遮水シートを確実に固着することができると共に、遮水シートの溶融が進みすぎて弱体化した箇所が生ずることを防ぐことができる。また、溶着作業時に作業者の作業経験に関わらず一定した溶着品質を確保することが可能となる。
本発明による第1実施形態の廃棄物処分場の遮水構造及びその施工方法について説明する。図1は第1実施形態の廃棄物処分場の遮水構造を示す図、図2、図3はその遮水構造を施工する際の遮水シートの敷設、
固定体と遮水シートとの溶着をそれぞれ説明する図、図4は第1例の固定体の図である。
次に、本発明による第2実施形態の廃棄物処分場の遮水構造及びその施工方法について説明する。図7は第2実施形態の廃棄物処分場の遮水構造の施工工程において固定体と遮水シートとの溶着を説明する図である。
次に、本発明による第3実施形態の廃棄物処分場の遮水構造及びその施工方法について説明する。図8は第3実施形態の廃棄物処分場の遮水構造の施工工程において固定体と遮水シートとの溶着を説明する図である。
本明細書開示の発明には、各発明や実施形態等の構成の他に、これらの部分的な構成を本明細書開示の他の構成に変更して特定したもの、或いはこれらの構成に本明細書開示の他の構成を付加して特定したもの、或いはこれらの部分的な構成を部分的な作用効果が得られる限度で削除して特定した上位概念化したものも含まれ、下記のような変形例も包含される。
Claims (4)
- 斜面の天端部に形成した係止溝内に遮水シートの上端部を埋め込んで固定してなる廃棄物処分場の遮水設備において、
廃棄物処分場の斜面上に設置された保護マットと、
溶着部を表面側に有し、前記廃棄物処分場の斜面に設置された保護マット上に間隔を開けて複数設けられる固定体と、
前記複数の固定体上に敷設される遮水シートとを備え、
前記溶着部は金属製メッシュからなる発熱体と該発熱体を被覆する熱可塑性樹脂からなり、
前記複数の固定体の前記溶着部と前記遮水シートとを前記発熱体による加熱で間接的に溶着することを特徴とする廃棄物処分場の遮水設備。 - 廃棄物処分場の斜面上に保護マットを設置する工程と、
前記斜面の天端部に形成した係止溝内に遮水シートの上端部を埋め込んで固定する工程と、
電磁誘導により発熱する金属製メッシュからなる発熱体と該発熱体を被覆する熱可塑性樹脂が設けられた溶着部を表面側に有する固定体を前記斜面に配置させた保護マット上に間隔を開けて複数設ける工程と、
前記上端部が係止溝に埋め込まれた遮水シートを斜面に沿って上から下に広げるようにして前記複数の固定体上に敷設する工程と、
前記遮水シートと前記固定体とが重なり合う部分における前記遮水シートの上に誘導加熱装置を配置し、前記誘導加熱装置で前記発熱体を発熱させて前記遮水シートと前記固定体の前記溶着部とを間接的に溶着する工程と、を備えることを特徴とする廃棄物処分場の遮水設備の施工方法。 - 廃棄物処分場の斜面の天端部に形成した係止溝内に保護マットと遮水シートの上端部を埋め込んで固定する工程と、

前記遮水シートと前記固定体とが重なり合う部分における前記遮水シートの上に誘導加熱装置を配置し、前記誘導加熱装置で前記発熱体を発熱させて前記遮水シートと前記固定体の前記溶着部とを保護マットを介して間接的に溶着する工程と、を備えることを特徴とする廃棄物処分場の遮水設備の施工方法。 - 前記誘導加熱装置に温度センサーを設けると共に、所定の設定温度を記憶し、
前記誘導加熱装置で前記発熱体を発熱させる際に、前記温度センサーで前記発熱部分に対応する前記遮水シートの温度を計測し、
前記誘導加熱装置は、前記計測温度を取得し、前記計測温度が前記所定設定温度に到達した時に出力部から完了信号を出力することを特徴とする請求項2又は3記載の廃棄物処分場の遮水設備の施工方法。
