Claims (12)
- 第1抵抗膜を有する第1基体と、第2抵抗膜および配線電極を有し且つ前記第1抵抗膜と前記第2抵抗膜とが対向するように配置される第2基体と、前記第1基体と前記第2基体との間に介在され且つ前記第1抵抗膜と前記配線電極とを電気的に接続する導電性接続部材とを備えるタッチパネルであって、
前記配線電極により一部が被覆され且つ前記導電性接続部材に接触される補助電極を更に備え、
前記導電性接続部材との接触面における前記補助電極の抵抗率は、前記導電性接続部材との接触面における前記配線電極の抵抗率より小さいことを特徴とする、タッチパネル。 - 前記配線電極は、その表面に前記補助電極より抵抗率が大きい抵抗層を有しており、
前記抵抗層の厚さは、前記導電性接続部材との接触面より前記補助電極との接触面の方が小さい、請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。 - 前記補助電極と前記導電性接続部材との接触面は、前記配線電極と前記導電性接続部材との接触面に比べて前記第2抵抗膜からの離間距離が大きい、請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記補助電極は、前記配線電極における前記第1抵抗膜との電気的接続領域全体に沿って形成される、請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記補助電極は、前記配線電極および前記導電性接続部材により全体が被覆される、請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記補助電極と前記導電性接続部材との接触面積は、前記配線電極と前記導電性接続部材との接触面積以上である、請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記補助電極の構成材料は前記第2抵抗膜の構成材料と同じである、請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記補助電極の構成材料は酸化インジウムスズである、請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記導電性接続部材は導電性粒子を含んでなる、請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記配線電極の本体部は金属薄膜からなる、請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記金属薄膜は、アルミニウム膜、アルミニウム合金膜、クロム膜とアルミニウム膜との積層膜、またはクロム膜とアルミニウム合金膜との積層膜である、請求項10に記載のタッチパネル。
- 表示パネルと、前記第1基体または前記第2基体が前記表示パネルに対向配置される請求項1に記載のタッチパネルと、を備えることを特徴とする、タッチパネル型表示装置。
