Description
本発明は、温水が使用され始めるときに冷水を温水と混合することができ、その後混合した水を出すことで初期温水による火傷を防ぐことができる。所定の温度よりも温水の温度が下がるとき、バーナーによって加熱された温水は、直接出されることで、ユーザーに適切な温度の温水を供給することとなる。
Claims (3)
- 冷水が導入される冷水管、バーナーの燃焼熱を吸収することで冷水を温水に加熱して温水を出すための温水熱交換管、前記温水熱交換管から高温温水を供給するための温水管、および加熱水戻り口および加熱水出口に両端が接続され、温水熱交換管内に配置された加熱水熱交換管、を含む二重管熱交換器から排出される初期高温温水を防ぐための機器であって、
冷水管内の冷水を温水管へ直接供給するための、前記冷水管および前記温水管の間で延びるバイパス管と、
前記バイパス管上に設置された混合弁と、
前記加熱水温度を検出するための、前記加熱水出口に設置された加熱水温度センサと、
温水温度を検出するための、前記温水管に設置された温水温度センサと、
前記加熱水温度センサおよび前記温水温度センサによって検出された温度値を受けることで、前記混合弁の開閉を制御するためのコントローラとを備え、
前記コントローラが、前記機器の初期動作時に前記混合弁を開いた状態に維持し、前記加熱水温度センサによって検出された加熱水の温度が第1の所定の温度を下回り、その後に前記温水温度センサによって検出された温水の温度が第2の所定の温度を下回ったときに前記混合弁を閉じる制御を行う、機器。 - 前記混合弁が、常時開放している弁を含む、請求項1に記載の機器。
- 二重管熱交換器から出される初期高温温水を防ぐために請求項1の機器を制御する方法であって、
前記機器の初期動作時に、前記コントローラが前記混合弁を開いた状態に維持し、冷水を前記冷水管から前記バイパス管を通して前記温水管に供給する工程と、
前記コントローラが温水の使用を検出した場合は、前記加熱水温度センサによって検出された加熱水の温度が第1の所定の温度を下回り、その後に前記温水温度センサによって検出された温水の温度が第2の所定の温度を下回ったときに、前記コントローラが前記混合弁を閉じ、前記温水熱交換管から前記温水管に温水のみを供給する工程と、を備える方法。
