Abstract

본 발명은 3지밸브를 설치하지 않고 브레이징(BRAZING)형 난방 및 급탕용 열교환기를 채용하고 있는 가스보일러에 관한 것으로,종래의 3지밸브를 설치하지 않는 대신에 내부의 나선형태 급탕코일(25)과 외부의 열교환핀(20)을 브레이징용접하는 2개의 난방파이프(21)로 구성되는 난방 및 급탕용 열교환기(3)가 설치되고,대기 개방형팽창탱크(10)는 난방순수환펌프(4)를 통한 상기 열교환기(3),난방환수파이프(5)를 통한 환수분배기(23)와 연결되며 공기 및 압력도피관(12)을 통한 상기 열교환기(3)가 설치된 가스보일러.

제2도 내지 제4도는 제1도에 도시된 열교환기를 도시해 놓은 도면이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 종래의 3지밸브를 설치하지 않는 대신에 내부의 나선형태 급탕코일(25)과 외부의 열교환핀(20)을 브레이징용접하는 2개의 난방파이프(21)로 구성되는 난방 및 급탕용 열교환기(3)가 설치되고,대기 개방형팽창탱크(10)는 난방수순환펌프(4)를 통한 상기 열교환기(3),난방환수파이프(5)를 통한 환수분배기(23)와 연결되며 공기 및 압력도피관(12)을 통한 상기 열교환기(3)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스보일러.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,상기 열교환기(3)내에 공기포집 및 배출을 쉽게 유도하는 공기 포집부(11)가 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 가스보일러.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,난방수가 상기 대기 개방형 팽창탱크(10)를 통과하여 상기 열교환기(3)내로 유입된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스보일러.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,상기 열교환기(3)는 난방사용시 직접가열에 의한 난방수공급,온수 사용시 간접가열에 의한 급탕코일(25)내 직수를 가열시켜 온수배출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스보일러.
