Abstract

본 발명은 보일러, 온수기등에 사용되는 열교환기에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 구체적으로는 버너에서 연소되는 고온의 화염에 직접 노출되지 않고 간접 가열 방식으로 가열되며, 냉수가 다수의 코일형태의 열교환튜브를 통과하도록 함으로써 열효율이 크게 향상된 열교환기에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 열교환기는 냉수가 유입되는 냉수유입관이 연결된 환형의 하부 메니폴드(101); 온수가 유출되는 온수유출관이 연결된 환형의 상부 메니폴드(102); 상기 하부 및 상부 메니폴드(101, 102)사이에 연결된 다수의 코일형태의 열교환 튜브(103); 연소가스의 유통통로를 형성하는 것으로서 상기 다수의 코일형태의 열교환 튜브9103)를 내측에서 감싸는 내부 라이너(107)와, 다수의 열교환 튜브(103)를 외측에서 감싸는 외부 라이너(108)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 열교환기에 있어서, 냉수가 유입되는 냉수유입관이 연결된 환형의 하부 메니폴드(101); 온수가 유출되는 온수유출관이 연결된 환형의 상부 메니폴드(102); 상기 하부 및 상부 메니폴드(101, 102)사이에 연결된 다수의 코일형태의 열교환 튜브(103); 그리고 연소가스의 유동통로를 형성하는 것으로서 상기 다수의 코일형태의 열교환 튜브(103)를 내측에서 감싸는 내부 라이너(107)와, 다수의 열교환 튜브(103)를 외측에서 감싸는 외부 라이너(108)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코일형태의 열교환 튜브(103)의 중심부에 연소가스의 흐름을 지연시키는 배플판(106)이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
