Abstract

본 발명은 가스보일러용 열교환장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 가스를 열원으로 하는 난방기 및 급탕기의 열교환장치에 있어서, 열교환기 본체의 내부 중간부에 다수개의 화염공을 갖는 원통형 가스버너가 설치되고, 상기 원통형 가스버너의 둘레에는 외주연부에 다수개의 열교환핀이 일체로 형성된 핀튜브일체형 난방수관이 가스버너를 일정간격으로 감아돌아 나선형으로 설치되며, 상기 핀튜브일체형 난방수관이 내부에는 온수 열교환을 위한 온수관이 설치된 구성으로 되어 있으며, 상기 온수관은 난방수에 난류가 형성되도록 외선구조로 되어 있다.
이와같이된 본 발명에 의한 가스보일러용 열교환장치는 구조가 간소화되므로 작업공수가 줄어드는 등 제작비를 줄일 수 있고, 열교환 효율을 보다 향상시킬 수 있으며, 컴팩트한 구조에서 난방 및 온수기능을 겸용할 수 있는 효과도 있다.

제2도의 (가) 및 (나)는 본 발명에 의한 가스보일러용 열교환장치의 구성을 보인 도면으로서, (가)는 종단면도, (나)는 (가)의 B-B선 단면도, 제3도는 본 발명 열교환장치의 열교환튜브구조를 상세하게 보인 제2도 (나)의 C부 상세 단면도.

Claims (2)

  1. 열교환기 본체(11)의 내부 중간부에 다수개의 화염공(12a)을 갖는 원통형 가스버너(12)가 설치되고, 상기 원통형 가스버너(12)의 둘레에는 외주연부에 다수개의 열교환핀(13a)이 일체로 형성된 핀 튜브일체형 난방수관(13)이 가스버너(12)를 일정간격으로 감아돌아 나선형으로 설치되며, 상기 핀튜브일체형 난방수관(13)의 내부에는 온수 열교환을 위한 온수관(14)이 설치되어 난방 및 온수기능을 겸용할 수 있도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 가스보일러용 열교환장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 온수관(14)의 형상을 와선(渦線)구조로 하여 난방수에 난류가 형성되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 가스보일러용 열교환장치.
