Abstract

본 발명은 비용이 적게 들고 콤팩트한 고성능의 난방용 온수 보일러에 관한 것이다. 연료용 버너 유닛(1)과 상기 연소용 버너 유닛(1)의 상부에 연소실(2)을 형성하는 내통(11)과 상기 내통(11)의 외주를 소간극을 갖고 애워싸고 그 내통(11)과 사이에 수벽층이(13)을 형성하는 외통(12)으로 구성한 중공원통 형상의 제1열교환기(15)와 상기 제1열교환기(15)의 내측상부에 위치해서 설치되고 원통 형상의 제 2열교환기(16)와 상기 제1 및 제2열교환기의 상부를 덮는 상부 플레이트를 구비하며, 상기 제1열교환기의 상부 내측 전주위와 상부 플레이트 사이에 배기가스로 (19,22)를 형성하게 간극을 두고 제2열교환기(16)를 배치하는 동시에 이것들의 제1과 제2열교환기를 직렬로 접속한 난방용 온수 보일러.

제1도는 본 발명에 의한 난방용 온수 보일러의 제1실시예를 도시하는 측면단면도, 제2도는 제1도의 A-A선 단면도, 제3도는 제1도의 B-B선 단면도.

Claims (3)

  1. 연소용 버너유닛과 상기 연소용 버너유닛의 상부에 연소실을 형성하는 내통과 상기 내통의 외주를 소간극으로 에워싸고 그 내통과의 사이에 수벽층을 형성하는 외통으로 구성한 중공원통형상의 제1열교환기와 상기 제1열교환기의 내측 상부에 위치해서 설치된 원통 용기 형상의 제2의 열교환기와 상기 제1 및 제2열교환기의 상부를 덮는 상부 플레이트를 구비하며, 상기 제1열교환기의 상부 내측 전체주위와 상부 플레이트 사이에 배기가스도를 형성하도록 간극을 설치하고 제2열교환기를 설치하는 동시에 이들 제1 및 제2열교환기를 직렬로 접속한 것을 특징으로 하는 난방용 온수 보일러.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1열교환기에 있어서 외통의 내경과 거의 동일한 치수의 리브를 내통에 형성하고 또한 상기 내통의 리브에 대향해서 외통의 일부에 동일 방향으로 돌출하는 돌기부를 형성하고 수벽층의 수류계로를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난방용 온수 보일러.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1열교환기의 중심부에 버너 유닛의 직경보다 작은 통형상의 적열복사체를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 난방용 온수 보일러.
