제3도는 제1도에 도시한 열교환기의 선Ⅲ-Ⅲ을 따라 취한 횡단면도.

Claims (6)

  1. 연도가스용 도관과 가열할 매질용 도관으로 이루어지며, 버너에서 나오는 고온의 연도가스가 관류하여, 가열할 매질에 발산열을 전달하는, 난방 장치용 열 교환기(1)에 있어서, 포개어져 상호 연결되어 일체를 이루는 다수의 얇은벽 평판식 부재(2,4,6; 11a,11b,11c)로 제작됨을 특징으로 하며, 이때 상기 부재는 한편으로 연도가스용 도관을, 다른 한편으로는 가열할 제1매질 및 제2매질 각각에 대한 도관을 형성하는 열교환기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가열할 제1매질용 도관(14)가 연도가스 도관에 의해 상기 가열할 제2매질용 도관(16)과 분리됨을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 도관 각각에 있어서 다른 도관에 인접하여 서로 마주보고 있는 칸막이(17)이 열을 잘 전도하는 브리지(18, 19, 20)으로 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 한편으로는 도관을 통해 기체 연료 및 연소공기를 공급할 수 있으며, 다른 한편으로는 연도가스 도관을 통해 연도 가스를 배기시킬수 있는, 연소실을 이루는 내부공간(13)이 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 연소 가능한 혼합물의 연소가 이루어지는 표면이 연도가스가 배기되는 대향 표면보다 더 커지도록, 상기 연소실을 이루는 내부 공간이 설계됨을 특징으로 하는 열 교환기.
  6. 제4항 또는 5항에 있어서, 가열할 매질용 도관(14, 16)이 적어도 부분적으로, 연소실을 이루는 내부공간(13) 주변에 뻗어 있음을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
