Description
(1) 被測定物の回転軸と結合する回転子と、この回転子を回転可能に支持する固定子と、この固定子を被測定物に係止する回転規制部材とを有し、
前記回転規制部材は、基部である連結部と、この連結部から固定子に向かって回転軸方向に延在した固定用凸部と、連結部からいずれかの向きに延在するかあるいは連結部と一体となっていて回転規制部材を被測定物に固定する取り付け部とを有し、
少なくとも固定子の取り付け面には回転軸方向が深さ方向である固定用凹部を有し、
前記固定用凸部を前記固定用凹部に挿入ないし圧入して係止する回転規制部材を有するエンコーダ。
(2) 前記取り付け部は、前記固定用凸部と同様な構造に形成され、被測定物にも固定用凹部と同様の凹部が形成されている上記(1)の回転規制部材を有するエンコーダ。
(3) 前記回転規制部材は、板状の部材により形成され、前記取り付け部は、連結部から固定用凸部とは逆向きに延在している上記(1)または(2)の回転規制部材を有するエンコーダ。
(4) 前記連結部は回転子の回転軸に対して交差する横方向に延在し、固定用凸部は前記連結部の異なる2箇所以上の位置から回転軸方向に延在し、前記取り付け部は前記固定用凸部とは異なる位置から固定用凸部とは逆向きに延在している上記(1)〜(3)のいずれかの回転規制部材を有するエンコーダ。
(5) 前記連結部は、回転子の回転軸が挿通する開口部を有し、回転軸の周囲に配置されるように形成されている上記(1)〜(4)のいずれかの回転規制部材を有するエンコーダ。
(6) 前記固定用凸部と取り付け部とは回転対称位置または連結部の角部にそれぞれ配置され、前記取り付け部にはねじ孔を有する上記(1)〜(5)のいずれかの回転規制部材を有するエンコーダ。
(7) 前記回転子は符号板を有し、前記固定子は検出素子を有する上記(1)〜(6)のいずれかの回転規制部材を有するエンコーダ。

Claims (7)
- 被測定物の回転軸と結合する回転子と、この回転子を回転可能に支持する固定子と、この固定子を被測定物に係止する回転規制部材とを有し、
前記回転規制部材は、基部である連結部と、この連結部から固定子に向かって回転軸方向に延在した固定用凸部と、連結部からいずれかの向きに延在するかあるいは連結部と一体となっていて回転規制部材を被測定物に固定する取り付け部とを有し、
少なくとも固定子の取り付け面には回転軸方向が深さ方向である固定用凹部を有し、
前記固定用凸部を前記固定用凹部に挿入ないし圧入して係止する回転規制部材を有するエンコーダ。 - 前記取り付け部は、前記固定用凸部と同様な構造に形成され、被測定物にも固定用凹部と同様の凹部が形成されている請求項1の回転規制部材を有するエンコーダ。
- 前記回転規制部材は、板状の部材により形成され、前記取り付け部は、連結部から固定用凸部とは逆向きに延在している請求項1または2の回転規制部材を有するエンコーダ。
- 前記連結部は回転子の回転軸に対して交差する横方向に延在し、固定用凸部は前記連結部の異なる2箇所以上の位置から回転軸方向に延在し、前記取り付け部は前記固定用凸部とは異なる位置から固定用凸部とは逆向きに延在している請求項1〜3のいずれかの回転規制部材を有するエンコーダ。
- 前記連結部は、回転子の回転軸が挿通する開口部を有し、回転軸の周囲に配置されるように形成されている請求項1〜4のいずれかの回転規制部材を有するエンコーダ。
- 前記固定用凸部と取り付け部とは回転対称位置または連結部の角部にそれぞれ配置され、前記取り付け部にはねじ孔を有する請求項1〜5のいずれかの回転規制部材を有するエンコーダ。
- 前記回転子は符号板を有し、前記固定子は検出素子を有する請求項1〜6のいずれかの回転規制部材を有するエンコーダ。
