Description
下記のような方法でペースト組成物を製造した。
下記表1に示したような組成を使って実施例1と同じ方法で電磁波遮蔽層を形成した。
図2に概略的に示した構造のディスプレイ用光学フィルター積層体を下記のように製造した。
実施例2で得られた電磁波遮蔽層を用いたことを除いては実施例3と同じ方法でディスプレイ用光学フィルターを製造した。
比較例1で得られた電磁波遮蔽層を用いたことを除いては実施例3と同じ方法でディスプレイ用光学フィルターを製造した。
比較例2で得られた電磁波遮蔽層を用いたことを除いては実施例3と同じ方法でディスプレイ用光学フィルターを製造した。
ライン幅が10μmであり、ラインピッチが300μmであり、開口率が約93%の特性を有するエッチングタイプのメッシュフィルム(日本フィルコン社製)に透明粘着剤を塗布及び乾燥させた後、離型フィルムをラミネーティングして電磁波遮蔽層を形成することを除いては、実施例3と同じ方法で反射防止層、粘着層、近赤外線遮断及び選択的吸光層を製造した。
前記実施例3及び4と、比較例3及び5により製造されたディスプレイ用光学フィルターに対して、ASTMのD257規格に従って、同じ間隔の4つ探針で構成された4ポイントプローブ(4point probe)を使って表面抵抗を測定した。同時に分光計(モデル名:日本電色工業社製のNDH)で透過率とヘーズを測定した。また、電磁波遮蔽層のメッシュ最小線幅を光学顕微鏡を使って同時に測定し、メッシュパターンの形状を同じ光学顕微鏡を使って評価した。前記測定結果を下記表2に示す。

Claims (15)
- 透明ガラス基板及び電磁波遮蔽層を含むディスプレイ用光学フィルターを製造する方法において、前記電磁波遮蔽層を、組成物全重量に基づき、(a)アクリレート高分子樹脂5乃至30重量%、(b)沸点200℃を超える高沸点溶剤5乃至35重量%、(c)沸点200℃未満の低沸点溶剤5乃至35重量%、及び(d)金属粉末50乃至85重量%を含む組成物をガラス基板上にグラビアオフセット印刷法によって導電性メッシュパターンを直接印刷することによって形成し、
前記成分(b)の高沸点溶剤がγブチロラクトン、ブチルカルビトールアセテート、カルビトール、メトキシメチルエーテルプロピオン酸塩及びテルピネオール(terpineol)で構成される群の中で選択された1種以上であり、
前記成分(c)の低沸点溶剤がプロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテル、ジプロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテル、プロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテルプロピオン酸塩、エチルエーテルプロピオン酸塩、プロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテルアセテート、メチルエチルケトン、及び乳酸エチルで構成される群の中で選択された1種以上であることを特徴とするディスプレイ用光学フィルターの製造方法。 - 前記光学フィルターは反射防止層、並びに近赤外線遮断及び選択的吸光層からなる群より選択された少なくとも1つをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスプレイ用光学フィルターの製造方法。
- 前記電磁波遮蔽層の表面抵抗が0.2乃至1.2Ω/□であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスプレイ用光学フィルターの製造方法。
- 電磁波遮蔽層、反射防止層、並びに近赤外線遮断及び選択的吸光層の各層フィルムを積層した後に別途の透明シートを貼り合せていない状態で測定したディスプレイ用光学フィルターのヘーズが1〜6%であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のディスプレイ用光学フィルターの製造方法。
- 前記成分(a)のアクリレート高分子樹脂が、i)不飽和カルボン酸単量体20乃至50重量%、ii)芳香族単量体10乃至30重量%、及びiii)2−ヒドロキシエチル(メタ)アクリレート、2−ヒドロキシオクチル(メタ)アクリレート、メチル(メタ)アクリレート、エチル(メタ)アクリレート、及びn−ブチルアクリレートで構成される群から選択される少なくとも1種の単量体20乃至60重量%(高分子の全重量を基準にした重量%)を溶媒下で重合して製造されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスプレイ用光学フィルターの製造方法。
- 前記不飽和カルボン酸単量体が、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸、イタコン酸、マレイン酸、フマル酸、ビニル酢酸、これらの酸無水物、及びこれらの混合物で構成される群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のディスプレイ用光学フィルターの製造方法。
- 前記芳香族単量体が、スチレン、ベンジルメタクリレート、ベンジルアクリレート、フェニルアクリレート、フェニルメタクリレート、2−ニトロフェニルアクリレート、4−ニトロフェニルアクリレート、2−ニトロフェニルメタクリレート、4−ニトロフェニルメタクリレート、2−ニトロベンジルメタクリレート、4−ニトロベンジルメタクリレート、2−クロロフェニルメタクリレート、4−クロロフェニルアクリレート、2−クロロフェニルメタクリレート、及び4−クロロフェニルメタクリレート、及びこれらの混合物で構成される群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のディスプレイ用光学フィルターの製造方法。
- 前記成分(a)のアクリレート高分子樹脂は、重量平均分子量が10,000乃至100,000であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスプレイ用光学フィルターの製造方法。
- 前記高沸点溶剤と低沸点溶剤の総量が、組成物全重量に基づき、40重量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスプレイ用光学フィルターの製造方法。
- 前記組成物の粘度が5,000乃至20,000cP範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスプレイ用光学フィルターの製造方法。
- 反射防止層がフィルターの最外部に形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のディスプレイ用光学フィルターの製造方法。
- 近赤外線遮断及び選択的吸光層、並びに反射防止層が一つの透明ガラス基材の両面に各々形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のディスプレイ用光学フィルターの製造方法。
- 近赤外線遮断及び選択的吸光層が、近赤外線遮断色素及び選択的吸光色素を粘着剤に混入させたものによって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のディスプレイ用光学フィルターの製造方法。
- 請求項1乃至請求項13のいずれか一項による方法で製造されたことを特徴とするディスプレイ用光学フィルター。
- 380乃至780nmの波長範囲に対する光透過率が30乃至60%であることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のディスプレイ用光学フィルター。
