Description
前記少なくとも2枚のカーカスプライのうち少なくとも1枚を構成する有機繊維コードが、下記式(I)および式(II):

[式中、σは177℃における熱収縮応力(cN/dtex)であり、Eは25℃における49N荷重時の弾性率(cN/dtex)である]を満たすポリケトン繊維のコードであり、
前記コーティングゴムに、天然ゴム及び/又は合成イソプレンゴム50〜100質量%と合成ジエン系ゴム0〜50質量%とからなるゴム成分100質量部に対し、HAF(N330)以上の高補強性カーボンブラック30〜65質量部を配合してなるゴム組成物を用いたことを特徴とする。

[式中、σは177℃における熱収縮応力(cN/dtex)であり、Eは25℃における49N荷重時の弾性率(cN/dtex)である]を満たすポリケトン繊維のコードであることを要する。
リムサイズ46×16のリムに組み付けた各試験タイヤ内を水で満たし、タイヤ内圧を上昇させたとき、タイヤが破壊する圧力と、TRAで定められた規定内圧1530kPaとの比(タイヤが破壊する圧力/TRAで定められた規定内圧)を安全率(倍)とした。数値が大きいほどタイヤの耐圧性が良好であることを示す。なお、米国連邦航空局(FAA)の定めるTSOでは、航空機用タイヤについては安全率が4倍以上であることが規定されている。
各試験タイヤを、リムサイズ46×16のリムに装着し、ドラム試験機上に取り付け、内圧1530kPa、荷重20870kgの条件下で、Taxi試験(時速64kmにて10分間走行後、タイヤ停止状態にて110分間冷却)を繰り返し実施した際に、ビード部が故障するまでの試験回数をビード部耐久性の指標とし、従来例の値を100として指数表示した。数値が大きいほど、ビード部耐久性が良好であることを示す。

- 一対のビードコアと、該ビードコア間にトロイダル状に延在し、タイヤ赤道面に対して70〜90°の範囲の角度で配向させた有機繊維コードをコーティングゴムで被覆した少なくとも2枚のカーカスプライよりなるラジアルカーカスとを備え、前記ラジアルカーカスが、前記一対のビードコア間にトロイダル状に延在する本体部と前記ビードコアの周囲でタイヤ幅方向の内側から外側へ巻き返した巻き返し部とを有する少なくとも1枚のターンアッププライと、該ターンアッププライを該巻き返し部も含め外包みして前記ビードコアの少なくとも直下に終端を有する少なくとも1枚のダウンプライとを備える航空機用空気入りラジアルタイヤにおいて、
前記少なくとも2枚のカーカスプライのうち少なくとも1枚を構成する有機繊維コードが、下記式(I)および式(II):

- 前記ヒドラジド化合物が、3-ヒドロキシ-N’-(1,3-ジメチルブチリデン)-2-ナフトエ酸ヒドラジドであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の航空機用空気入りラジアルタイヤ。
